Pizza Hut

On the way to Williamsburg, Virginia - my boyfriend, his family, and I stopped by this Pizza Hut in hopes to have lunch since we were all hungry. We called in advance to see if it was an actual Pizza Hut restaurant and no one picked up.

When we finally arrived, it seemed to be opened for business due to their hours of operation on the door. As we walked in we smelled a heavy and greasy cloud of smoke which ended up making my hair smell horrible throughout the day. In addition, as we walked in we saw tables of dirty dishes, soda cups, and napkins just sitting there which looked absolutely disgusting. At the entrance, there was a hostess standing at the counter and we asked if the dining area was opened and 'she said 'no it's not' and we said, "but the hours are listed on the door."

The hostess said we can place an order to go, so we ordered a small cheese pizza for my boyfriends' nephew. It took approximately 20-25 minutes for one small cheese pizza. As soon as we opened the pizza, oh my lord it smelled horrible like disgusting gym socks, blue cheese, and vomit. It makes me wonder what the hell did they put in that pizza? My boyfriend' nephew didn't even bother to eat it because it smelled like crap.

Since my boyfriend and his mom didn't want to waste it, they ended up eating 1-3 slices and after consuming it, they didn't feel good at all. They ended up having diarrhea (sorry if I'm disgusting you.). I think this is a sign that the ingredients used to make the pizza weren't fresh at all.

I don't know how this Pizza Hut stays in business because not only is the customer service is horrible, but the cleanliness and the quality of food as well.

I had an awful experience where I ordered online and it said it would be there at 6:40. However, that time came and went I called and was told when the driver came back that he would bring it. Than I called and said I would get it well she said he left and than 2 seconds later told me she called him back. I got there and the car was cold it hadn't moved. The restaurant was nasty and there was stuff all over the tables. The manager had lied about calling me saying my card was declined but it wasn't because the cashier said that she had to cancel it because we weren't getting delivery. There was a lot going on that they were lying about and it was frustrating.

This is the only restaurant I have ever gone to where I didn't get fed. When I arrived there were people at the counter that had been waiting 30 min. or more AFTER calling ahead & being told their pizza would b ready when they arrived. I went in at the time the website told me my pizza would be ready & it wasn't even started. The youngest & what appeared to be the least senior guy working there was left to deal w the customers alone. I only saw the much older men that work there passing by n the background a couple times silently, always making sure to take none of the heat off the younger man. On top of that I then learned that even the people at the tables were not being helped. After a while they had enough & walked out with their kids unfed & let down. About 10 min. Later I finally left w my brother without the pizza we went after for our family dinner. The management never offered a thing to ease the dissapointment of leaving empty handed & wasting my time. I don't even know why this place is still open? There are two better pizza huts that actuallly serve food not too far away. This place needs to close & stop embarrassing the franchise. Managment needs to go & I'd say the only person that did a thing was the young man at the counter. And he was hung out to dry by grown men old enough to be his father. They should be ashamed of themselves. Nothing about this restaurant was right. Total waste of time!
