Glory Days Grill

I wish this was a better place to see a game or grab a bite.  I have never seen the place full yet never got quick service.  They do have promotions, but the prices seem on the high side considering the underwhelming food.

Okay service.  Good ribs.  Sports bar with lots of TVs.

This Glory Days was simply unimpressive.

I've come to this particular restaurant twice, and the last time I went I was really disappointed. When we came in, the restaurant was pretty dead so we figured it wouldn't be a bother if we asked for a booth, which the host was not very pleased with. A few days prior, I had an email from Glory Days (as part of their mailing list) for a free appetizer of boneless wings. I brought up the email and showed my waiter as we ordered our appetizer. He looked very confused but brought out our wings.

Just getting our appetizer took about 15 minutes. Our waiter was not attentive at all. In fact, I don't think he could've looked any more uninterested than he did. Even asking him for some ranch felt like I was putting a burden on him.

I ordered a chicken wrap that tasted horrible. It was cold and the chicken was dry and flavorless. I couldn't even eat half of it. I've never tasted anything so unappetizing at a restaurant.

Later, the waiter came back and handed me a business card of the manager's. He asked me to forward the email I had for the coupon to their manager, because she was not familiar with the deal. How can a manager of an establishment not know their specials?! It felt incredibly insulting. Why would I lie about a free appetizer and go through all that trouble?

Ended up paying over $30 for an adult entree(which tasted horrible) and a kids meal. That's pretty steep considering the service was subpar and the food as well.

Don't think I'll be coming back.
