Chili's Grill & Bar

Waited for 1 hour and 1/2, but when i came in was told it would be 10mins. Manager never came over to aplogize for the wait either. Our waiter luckily was awesome and so nice! He brought us free chips and salsa.  I know it's Chili's but at least be honest with wait time, we could have gone somewhere else.

So my husband is in double leg casts due to a helicopter crash...we get to Chilis to have dinner after my husbands first day being able to walk in his new walking casts. We are all happy and excited because well YAY he can walk! Our happiness was short lived due to the royal B**** who was our waitress. She was rude, and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question about gluten free food. THEN she brings us out the wrong order and argues with me that I AM WRONG. Well news flash I am deadly allergic to mango and I am about 100% sure I didn't order the F****** mango chicken. Then she just takes it back to the kitchen and scraped the mango off and brings it back. I had to then retell her I AM DEADLY ALLERGIC TO MANGO AND WILL STOP BREATHING if I eat the damn chicken. She then rolls her damn eyes and takes it back. 20min later after my husband is already finished and I am so mad I cant see she brings me my food that is cold and looks bad. SO I told her to take it back and asked for a manger who cleared things up. HE was a nice guy and offered free stuff. I denied the free dinner and 20% coupon and gave the rude waitress no tip. Instead  I gave her tip to a nice waiter who kept stopping to check on us even though we weren't in his section and got our waitress 2 times when we asked for her. He also kept the jukebox playing the whole time we were there. He was simply amazing and I was very sad he wasn't our waiter. NOOOO we had to get bitchzilla who clearly had a bad attitude.

My kids love this place.  They now have mini TVs at each table with cartoons and games to entertain the children while waiting for food!
