This place is like a Dave and Buster's with a bowling alley and laser tag - I am shocked that we don't have one (or something like this) in Orlando. Â We were staying in Ellijay and meeting my cousins who live near Stone Mountain, so it was a good halfway point - and they have a wonderful deal on Sunday mornings for bowling (I believe it was $3/person/game) Â When we got there (around 10 a.m.) it seemed to be 'throwback to the 90's' - - Spice Girls, Ace of Base, Backstreet Boys - definitely my jam! Â Around 11 it turned to "Cosmic Bowling" (which was really neat) and the music was modern top 40! Â
Definitely a fun way to spend the morning.
Horrible horrible time with my 10 years old kid. Â Spent 70 bucks on arcade credit in exchange for condescending teenage employees service. Horrible service. Â Cant speak for the bowling or pool section. MAN these teenage employees think there are so smart with their smartxxx comments. Â
Advise for the management: Â Replace the crew with people who truly cares about the little kids experience.
The place was spacious and clean. Â The video games were sad and outdated so that is a disappointment. Â Overall the price of bowling is ridiculous for 2 games it is nearly $40 for 2 people.
There was also a wait at the bar as there was only one person working and even though there was minimal business there was always a line.
Whoa, y'all, this place is huge! My company had their annual Christmas party here this year, so I was here during (mostly) daylight hours before plunking down at their bar for a bit.The banquet/party hall holds well over 100 people and has its own bar (if your company is cool enough to include alcohol... unlike mine). Catered meal was pretty good: fajita station, wings, salad, and dessert were all restauranty enough to not taste like bowling alley food. The few of us that sat at the bar to recover afterwards enjoyed the friendly bartenders. Cobb county (boooo...) doesn't allow happy hour (double booo...), but they have their own "daily specials" that were fairly priced. Margaritas were mostly from a jug and too sweet (the thursday special), but the bartender mixed me up a nice gin & tonic that made up for the heartburn. If in the area and needing to get my drunken bowl on, I'd come here again.
Review Source:This is always a fun place. Bowling is usually fun and they have plenty of games to play if you're waiting to bowl. My only problem here is that the food is terrible. Last time I came here my sister, friend and I decided to eat because we were starving. My sister got a salad and me and my friend shared a pizza. This place has the worst pizza I've ever eaten. No flavor at all, you get more flavor from frozen pizzas. The salad was apparently bad too according to my sister. Brunswick Zone is great for bowling and games but I suggest you eat before or after you go.
Review Source:Lots of fun for kids and adults. Not a ton of games but if you're a fan of bowling, laser tag and billiards, you're set! They have good specials but are otherwise a bit over priced. If you are looking for a place for adult games, beware of unsupervised children, parents seem to go missing and let their children run wild. Like many places there are some all star members of the staff that know regulars by name and really do an outstanding job, and then there's the b-team with no clue. Overall a great place and a good times!
Review Source:Okay I wish I knew this in advance but Sunday nights are "slammin Sundays" $9.99 all you can bowl, shoe rental and lazer tag. Â We were told we were welcome
to wait and play games but there probably wouldn't be any lanes open for the rest of the night. Â This was at 8pm. Â
everyone that was bowling or playing games looked like they were having a great time though. Â
We came back to give it nother chance about 2weeks later.  We arrived earlier and  got our own "bowl all night" lane.  I really enjoyed the upbeat high energy music and once the lights went down, a mix of Music videos and black neon bowling the party was on!  It's a great place for good clean fun with people from lots of different backgrounds and lifestyles.
I came here for an unofficial car meet the other night. We were inside eating and drinking for a while, and our waitress was basically running around with her head cut off. In the midst of splitting the check, she lost a few items (good for us, bad for her, I suppose). Maybe she was new? Dunno, she didn't say. So it took us a longgggg time to pay our bill, even though it was just a bunch of beers and one guy got some food at our table. Afterwards, we were just hanging around outside without any trouble. ;)
I've also been here for company bowling. They have a nicer area for private parties with a food and drink bar. I didn't think a bowling alley could be so swanky. The arcade area is pretty big, with LOTS of things to do. If that doesn't entice you, head over to the billiards area!
Friday night  and weekends are the best with regards to pricing and special deals. Last time my family went for my sons birthday and had unlimited bowling, drinks and fries for an affordable price. It caters to the younger crowd yet more seasoned individuals can be found at the bar and pool area. Some of the arcade games seem to be out of order a lot though..
Review Source:This place has definitely improved since switching owners and becoming a Brunswick; formerly US Play. Â Previously, it was run down and definitely not worth a penny. Â I still think the prices are a bit over the top for what you get. Â The staff is friendly and they offer a "loft" area for $10 more. Â Very worth the money. Â It's peaceful, huge big screen projector TV's and personalized service. Â I think there are about 5 -8 lanes available in there. Â My children are able to bowl peacefully without having to fight over the neighbors wanting to use our bowling balls. Â They also offer laser tag at this location. Â On Sundays there is a $10 unlimited deal after 8 PM which helps tremendously with the cost of 4 in our family!
Review Source:Fun, fun, fun for all ages!
I wish I had gone at night but it was round 2 pm.  There are def better bowling deals and combos during the late night, and waaay less kids I'm sure.  I was on a double date with my fiance's coworkers.  They bought bout 4 pitchers of Sweetwater 420 and Bud Light!  It's hard not to have fun with that much beer.
We opted for the more private, "loft", lanes up top. Â It cost a tad more but soo worth it. Â Music videos, private waitress and cosmo lights! Â I Â do dread eating and putting fingers into bowling ball and then eating again. Â That is germy, so I passed. Â Once our nibbler platter came, I let someone bowl my turn. Â They charge by the hour and let me tell ya, when ur hr is over, it's over! Â They cut that thing without even a warning, lololol. Â
Laser tag was tooo fun. Â But my team of adults got slaughtered by team Justin Bieber. Â Dag, I must be getting old:(
On to the video games, Â the fact they don't give u tickets when u win, blows my mind. Â It's great u don't have to tote tix around now, but it takes the fun outta showing off. Â My fiance hit the "spin the wheel" 250 tix win 5 times. Hit up the skee ball and others. Â We got a total of 1800 tix and bought the stuffed papa smurf and a stuffed bowling pin. Â Yaaay jus like the fair.
We spent 70 dollars between bowling, shoes, food, laser tag and video games for 2.
Decided to give US Play another try this weekend when my sister and I were being driven crazy by our insanely bored kids. Â I remembered I had purchased the Groupon a few weeks ago and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to get the kids out of the house to do something fun. Â We actually had a great time and US Play was right on the money this time around. Â So, my Groupon covered 1.5 hours of bowling (plus shoe rental) for up to 6 people; we had 5 including the kids. Â Score! Â The guy at the counter was awesome in helping get us a separate lane for the kiddos so they could use the bumpers while we adults went head-to-head with some pin action. Â US Play was having a July 4th promotion this weekend in which every bowler got a free game, so he was able to use those free games to give our kids a "free lane" while we bowled. Â And, last but not least, what review would be any good without mentioning beer?!?! Â US Play obviously got their license in order, as we were able to enjoy a few cold ones while we bowled. Â That's what I'm talking about!
Review Source:Not bad place to take kids, but also had free bowling coupons, thanks to the Ex.
Went on a rainy Saturday with the kids.  30 minutes into bowling the rain turned into a monsoon, within a 45 minute period they lost power 3 times.  But luckily they have a great UPS system and once the systems came back up, we continued bowling the system kept up who's turn and the current score.  Pleasantly  surprised.
I had a great time at this place on Thanksgiving night! Sure the place is tacky as hell, neon colors are everywhere to make the place glow whenever they have cosmic bowling.
We actually ended up here because the bowling alley near my house got rented out. So off to Kennesaw we went, I really was expecting the place to be flooded with teens and a bunch of families but it was practically empty, which worked for us but, eventually, the place got packed.
We actually got a great deal: we got 3 games and shoes for 4 people for $45.... Not bad at all. They also had decently priced pitchers of beer despite their limited selection (bud light, 420, blue moon, coors light, guinness).
When we finished up our second game, they were nice enough to move us to another section so that our friends could join in and also so we could not insult the families with kids, as we were throwing "F" bombs around, which tends to happen when we drink and suck at bowling.
We ordered a basket of fries and chicken tenders which were pretty good for bowling alley food.
The place also has a large arcade, and huge parking lot. Also if you don't feel like eating here, there are a couple of restaurants that are so close you could walk to them: Tilted Kilt, and On the Border. 'Im sure there are lots more, but I cant really think of them :-)
Well, I've read many of the reviews and I guess I'll have to be the odd-man-out. I used to live in Marietta but didn't really visit U.S. Play that often, choosing instead to hit Dave & Busters. But this weekend some friends, the wife and I got together there, to wish one of our own safe travels as she makes her way to the Navy, and we had a great time. Mostly the other reviews spoke about bowling, but we opted for the pool tables/bar area of the place for the bulk of the evening. There was karaoke going on simultaneously, so we had some additional entertainment to keep us occupied while some of us stunk up the joint with our skill-free pool playing. lol. (A few of the guys and I even got up there and paid tribute to Sir Mix-A-Lot, a true poet of our age.) Â
Basically for our Saturday night, the crowd was very large and yet very drama-free, the atmosphere was very laid-back, and the scene was pretty active and fun - definitely what we were hoping to find for the evening. The pool tables area wasn't overbearing in terms of smoke or volume level, and everybody was able to behave like adults and just have a good time with friends and neighbors. (After a certain time of the evening, everyone under 21 was asked to leave, btw, since there is a bar inside the area.)
So my verdict - I'll definitely go back to U.S. Play just to chill while in the SE hub. And I think if you're cool with a relaxed, gaming-type atmosphere, it'll be right up your alley too. Check it out ---
Make sure you sign up online for emails, so you can get discount bowling. This is a good place to bring groups of teens, adults or even kids. They offer food, alcohol, sports on tv, bowling, pool & video games. The prices they offer to games that give tickets aren't worth the money you put into the games, but it's a open late hours!
Review Source:Met up with some friends for bowling. Â They do "cosmic" bowling on the weekends (not sure if they do it during the week). Â It's $25 to rent a lane for an hour and up to 6 people can bowl. Â You can probably squeeze in two games if you don't dilly dally!
Other than that, I probably wouldn't go here. Â It's got a younger crowd, like... late high school/early college.
AHHHHHHH! You are now entering the twilight land of Kennesaw Georgia after hours. They don't have a lot to do out here. By 10 PM Chili's and Friday's are almost closed and the cops start to make the car kids leave the parking lots where they love to stand around for hours and show each other how loud their car engine goes growl. I think after that, if they don't go drag racin' down the Barrett Pkwy strip, a lot of them come to US Play.
I agree with Drew: at US Play it's like a broke ass Dave and Buster's. They have bowling with wacko lights and music. They have pool tables and video games. This place is huge and trying to be slightly upscale, but somehow it maintains an air of Northern Georgia entertainment.
If you get invited here, you better feel okay about life before you agree to go. Because you just might want to snuff it after you see the kids in their popped collar Polos and slick hair.
Yikes with a capital Y.
Be prepared to deal with a crowd that is heavy on the Skoal and light on manners at times. It's a favorite hangout for Kennesaw area high school kids. While it is true that as I get older they stay the same age, that's not always a good thing.
There's a large number of bowling lanes available, and a pretty decent arcade too. It's like a poor man's Dave and Buster's with bowling lanes.
