I would like to say that this location has lost my entire business. Today, after a company picnic, co-workers and I joined each other for some after hours fun. We were the only party in the picnic area, about 10 adults, with a child. As an adult, after a long day we all wanted to grab a drink. The mother of the child was not consuming any alcohol for the sake of her child being around us. Apparently, after a horrible experience, a waitress decided to take it upon herself to judge our entire group and bring it to a manager that we were an unsafe environment for a child. I will admit, we had a member that had consumed a volume of alcohol, however, their actions should not reflect on the entire party. Some of our guests were told to remove themselves from the establishment (the mother, child, and grandfather) - none of which had been consuming alcohol. Another one of our guests was cornered by this particular server, practically telling him that we were irresponsible for bringing a child around us while we are consuming some alcohol. This guest was then refused service, after only having ordered one beer from the time we arrived (about and hour in). I believe this to be a poor act of customer service. I, myself, have been a server. I understand some guests can be a little out of hand, however, at the end of the day customer service is everything. It is highly unprofessional to judge customers, considering we are your source of running a business. This particular server, wasn't even servicing us - a bartender was. We were completely uncomfortable about the situation, many of us left the establishment due to how we were made felt: NO CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE TO FEEL THIS WAY. Needless to say, they will no longer be getting our business.
Review Source:I guess this is a chain, but I'd never been to one until recently. I was pleasantly surprised. Sometimes you get a wing craving and theirs were good. The only down side is that they're always packed full of people watching he game and the takeout counter is pretty slow too. There are plenty of local places with good wings so I'd probably lean in favor of supporting small businesses, but BBW is convenient if you're needing to eat between trips to BB&B and TJ Maxx.
Review Source:This location has gone downhill (not that it was ever really that great).
"$8 Beer Night" (every night) + exact change for tax.
1 month ago I called in for a to-go order on a Tuesday afternoon at 3pm (not a busy time). They guy that answer seemed very annoyed that I called.
When I asked for 1/2 dozen mild & 1/2 dozen garlic parm he interrupted me before I could even finish to tell me "We don't do 6, we do 8"
Then I proceeded to ask a question & received a 'SIGH'
At that point I just said "Are your serious right now, is this how you always talk to customers?"
Complete disrespect, rude & I will never go back for a $10 crap meal + drink + ranch + celery!
They were slow to get our drinks due to shift change. Then they switched the sound from the Hawkeye basketball game to the Pro Bowl. Â Our game was only half-way finished and the Pro Bowl hadn't even started!! Â The manager made a lame excuse and was unsympathetic. Â We asked for our food to go. Â Normally, we like this place, but the manager is *not* a Hawkeye fan.
Review Source:Good wings, same selection as other Buffallo Wild Wings. Â Favorite comment was in response to my question:
Me - "Does the chicken salad have grilled chicken on it?"
Server - "I guess, though it all comes from the same bag"
Awesome.
That said, the meal was good, not great, but what we expected. Good for groups looking for beer, wings and a game, rather than dinner with your wife.
For dining in or carry out, this is the place for tasty wings and all that accompanies them!  Buffalo Wild Wings  has a great selection of sauces and allows you to call ahead your order and go pick it up.  They are always fast and friendly.  The place can be full at times given their location, but they tend to free up tables quickly.
Check out the cheaper prices on wings on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
