Hala Hala is the biggest hookah lounge in Iowa City, there's about 40 different flavors to choose from; the hookah is $18 plus $9 for refill. Â it's BYOB with a $5 corking fee for wine. Â The staff is very friendly, there are some interesting imported soda that they sell. Â This is a great spot, and a good find in Iowa City. Â This place brings in a very diverse cultural crowd on the weekends.
