Booths are definitely not fat friendly! Lol...My fave was the asian, not a big fan of the garlic parmesan. Potato wedges with cheese are so delicious!
I wasn't really expecting to get "full" on wings, but paired with the potato wedges, I ended up going home with leftovers.
The environment is really loud, probably best for a night of drinking and revelry with friends. Not really the type of place you'd want to go for a romantic date.
Great wings, I love all the flavor options. Beer options are great, although can be expensive if you don't ask the price before you order. You can ask the waiter or waitress for the drink specials and they will be happy to tell you.
The environment is great, can get crowded at times.
The only negative is that wings are expensive. Not my everyday go-to spot.
Stopped there after work to meet my GF for some wings. Â They had a fundraser there and the DJ's were a little loud and abnoxious but as long as I can help out a good cause ok. Â I usualy sit in the dining/bar area for faster and friendlier service, but that wasnt the case this time. Â Was sorta rushed when the order was taken because I didnt know wht to get because of the extensive sauces, and wanted to change up this time. Â The waitress was more in tune with hanging out by the bartener and flurting with him then checking to see if I needed a drink refill, or how my food was. After asking for more ranch and waiting when she walked by I asked her about it and she said she forgot and would get it now. Â After eatng I waited about 10+ minutes before I asked a manager for my biil. Â Feeling guilty I still left a 20% + tip. Â I will try Wings and rings down the street their service was good when I tried them months ago.
Review Source:loooove buffalo wild wings and am never dissapointed by this branch. typical service, food never takes long, reasonably priced.
the only issues i ever have is on ufc fight nights...the place is PACKED- which is fine because you'd expect that. what happened was me and my fiance went in and the tables were full so we sat in the crowded bar area waiting for a table to open up so we could sit there. no big deal. so we're having some drinks and we look over and some young guys must've told the hostess they'd find a table at the bar (they just let you go right through to seat yourself that way) and they snuck over to the restaurant area instead and grabbed a table that had just been cleared and sat right down. The waitress came up to them with a slight confused look on her face but let them stay....so needless to say, it's a little dissapointing that you're able to do this. It'd be nice if they had better control over the table seating when it's super crazy busy.
But whatever, small complaint aside- the wings are always good and service is always fast.
I love the BW3 chain because they have consistently good traditional and boneless chicken wings and have a very wide variety of sauces from "wimp" to "insane" and every flavor combination in between. While I very much enjoy the chicken wings here, I will avoid superlatives because they can be kind of skimpy on meat and the breading on the boneless wings can be heavy. Other items on the menu are good as well, although I don't often order anything other than wings. Honorable mention goes to the "flatbreads" which are a pizza like creation with anything but a pizza like topping. It is a "sports bar" so it can be busy during pay-per-view type events. I sure wish they would still sell "wecks" (as in kimmelweck) because they sound like tasty sandwiches.
Since this is a chain, I will mention that this location is the closest to home, so I frequent this spot often. I have always had good service here and have never been disappointed.
Usually a huge fan of the chain and go to the Lake In the Hills location more, but have recently chosen to go here.
The only good thing I can say about the last visit (and no other) is that our waiter was very friendly and attentive. This is a rare find at any location, I never seem to get good service.
However, the last few times I visited here, the wings were extremely skimpy on the meat and heavily breaded. I wish I took a picture to show you that it looked like bread on bone for the most part. Also, they never can seem to get the appetizer out BEFORE the meal. I think the closest they have gotten it was about two minutes before it came out.
I believe I have also stated before "If you don't get/someone doesn't pick up the check within thirty minutes of finishing your meal, you should be able to leave."
I haven't had this much problems with other locations before, so I'd just skip this one.
Decided to try this chain and am disappointed.
Special on wings so I ordered 10 (2 sauces per 5 wings)
Goodness, when the menu said "breaded chicken", they should have included "heavily plastered" in the beginning.
Non-equal proportion of chicken to fried coating.
Inside is eh, nothing special. Sport decorations, tvs, & bar.
Service was quick, got drinks and menu immediately.
Ribs were ok, Dallas BBQ's are so much better and larger.
Fries were eh, as expected.
Cole slaw is nasty with the heavy dressing.
Burger was huge and took effort to eat it, but enjoyed it.
I must say though, when the orders came, the waitress simple plopped the platters and slid it to the designated person. Not professional or friendly either.
Luckily, the tvs showed some games to help get through the meal. Should've ordered something from the bar to ease the blandness of this place.
Plates are a bit overpriced considering what you're ordering in such a small portion.
Wow. What happened here? My kid's school had a fund raiser night so we went here. A lot of people showed up, but it wasn't crazy. There was a 30 minute wait to get a table, even though there were plenty of empty tables that should have been bussed. Once seated it took an hour (yes an hour) for us to get a couple orders of wings and a veggie burger. The wait staff seemed kind of scattered and clueless.
In addition to this, they've changed all their bulbs to high-wattage florescents and the place was light up brighter than a truck stop restroom. Fugly.
A year or so ago we ordered from here regularly....4-5 times per month...and every single time, the order was messed up. Â Either they forgot the celery/ranch or they gave us hot wings instead of mild... Â Each time we would call and were told once that it was a training restaurant and that is why there are so many errors. Â Each time we went back we ended up using a credit from the last time we placed an order. Â So we kept going back...then the errors got worse and we haven't been back in quite awhile.

This is a sports bar for sure. The lady who waited on us said they have over 50 televisions...I believe it. There was one gigantic one I could see from where I was sitting that had the Blackhawks game on while we were eating....sweet.
Also they have that trivia game where they hand out the little game terminals to the tables and you can play while you hang out.
Of course I had to try the wings here due to the name of the place. The price for 18 wings was $12.50 or so. I think this is a very good price since when I make the wings at home it costs me that much just to buy the meat, not to mention the sauce, fry oil, etc. so I consider this a very good deal. I got the spicy garlic wings...pretty good. I think next time I am going to go for the super hot ones just to see what they are like. Since the wings are in sets of 9 you can get a different sauce on each group of nine and they have about a dozen different wing sauces to choose from.
They have an enclosed patio here but there was no furniture on it. I assume it is gated off so they can serve alcohol on it and control who gets in and out. Today there were people walking from the bar out onto this patio and smoking.
