New-Clean-Big-Loud. Reminds me of the Main Event in Plainview or Millers Ale House in Levittown. Not really 'my thing" but there is an audience who appreciates this. Great place to watch a game on TV. They had about 12 beers on tap; 2 of which were IPA's, so that made my day. Wings were overcooked and dry. Stingy with the sauces. Bartender was nice. It's a very young crowd. Manager was reprimanding  a waitress on the balcony outside and she was crying. Can't you get a room? Like, your office, perhaps? So unprofessional. Young. Ho-hum.

Absolutely awful. Took over a half hour to get our drinks from our waitress - ended up grabbing drinks from the bar after 20 minutes, our food (two orders of boneless wings, one chicken sandwich and one order of fries) took 40 minutes, and one of my buddies and I got sick about an hour later. Do not go to this bww. I've been to others previously and haven't experienced anything as bad as this one. Was an awful dinner experience and a very rough rest of the evening.

Tonight's experience was great. I've always liked the food and the screens all over show all the games. I have to say my server Dan, was great. My friend and I both agreed that he was very helpful and deserved recognition. He was super nice and gave us advice on the menu. He also made it a point to let us know that some of our requests were going to be a small additional charge which isn't something most servers do. I would definitely make it a point to come to this location again request Dan as a waiter again. The only negative we had to complain about was the manager. He walked up to check on us which is a positive but he was very rude about it. We were mid-conversation and he cut me off in te middle of a sentence. This is the only reason I took off a star.

Mediocre wings at best. Only upside is the pretty large craft beer selection. Should try perfecting a few flavors instead of throwing a bunch of mediocre ones at you.

    Yep..I miss hooters wings !

The service was terrible and the waiters were talking and not really paying attention, I guess that's the wing place norm well expect for Dave's Famous (jus sayin) After the waitress decided to take our order, the food came out within 10 mins ... The food was a 3/5 for me.

wings- were good but not to die for! The Jamaican flavor was my favorite, the mango haberno was okay too hot for my taste, the medium was nothing special and the garlic something was well forgettable ! lol

    coleslaw- seemed store bought

    fries and wedges were good.

If I want wings, I would just go to Dave's a few blocks away since Hooters is no longer.

Would be great if you were to watch a sports game but other than that NAHHHH.

Another one on my DO NOT GO list.

Buffalo Wild Wings took over the Glo Night Club spot and has done so admirably in the decor and design of their building.  You'll find spacious accommodations and a plethora of televisions.  My party (seven) and I were seated exceptionally fast for a Friday night.

Their food is mediocre sure, but that is to be expected of a chain casual dinning locale, but it's their service that really falls short.  I ordered an appetizer and entree.  When the appetizer seemed to be taking too long to come out I asked our waiter about it, and he apologized saying that he put it in to come out at the same time as the entree.  I ordered an appetizer because I was hungry.  There's really no point in having the two come out at the same time, otherwise I would have just ordered the entree no?  Did he comp the appetizer?  Nope!
Later on when the entrees came he put in two of the wing orders incorrectly.  Started off poorly and the poor service continues as you can tell.
At the end of service we were ready to pay, but he charged us for an extra 12 wings we did not order.  I'm not sure if this was a mistake or on purpose but it was def not appreciated.  He recognized the mistake when we pointed it out to him and had it comp'ed after.

There were other issues such as their regular pints (16oz) and their talls (23oz) being off, and I mean way way way way way way waaaaaay off, but that's not really the server's fault.  It's not right to call a beer in a pint glass a tall (23oz) and charge more for it.

The only good thing about this Buffalo Wild Wings is that the bar (which we sat at first waiting for the other members of our party) was very good.  They have several taps and they were friendly, attentive, and competent.  It can't however make up for the serious deficiencies in their table service.

long waits, flaccid wing, never enough carrots or celery, distracting atmosphere.....yet it's my son's favorite place

I haven't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings so I was anxious to give it a try.

I came in for a small get together for lunch.  I came in on an afternoon that wasn't so busy so the staff service wasn't too bad.  The waiter I had particularly was friendly and helped out a lot.

The pulled pork with fries from the lunch menu was decent.  The chicken wings were moist and cooked well.  The parmesan garlic had a good flavor especially if you enjoy a nice garlic taste.  The honey BBQ is as you would expect, a sweet tangy BBQ sauce so you can't necessarily go wrong with it.

The menu is a lot larger than I would have expected and the prices aren't all that bad either, comparing it to other large grill and bar places I've been.

Overall, about $15 to $20 will get you a good meal with variety.

    Meh...
    Atmosphere was pretty good.
Started off pretty bad, manager yelling at employees while we are waiting to be seated and not having two beer listed on the menu.
nothing wrong with the wings, but I was not impressed with the sauces.
Hot BBQ - hot but bland, BBQ flavor nonexistent.
jammin jalapeno -not bad, spicy but a little strong on the tequila taste
mango habenero - spicy but bland
Garlic parmesan - not bad, but not great (hurricane wings has a much better taste)
Sour cream and chive wedges were the highlight
Also Waiting a long time to get check.

If u want good wings and great sauces go to hurricane wings

Went on a Wedneday and was seated immediately. I've had BWW before and the wings were usually crispy and tasty. This time, they were soggy, and just OK. I did, however, LOVE the Black and Bleu Burger! One of the best burgers I've ever had! The drinks, as always were watered down. It's a new location so I guess they need time to pick it up. I would go again.

Stay away if you have a large group. My buddies and I went there yesterday with a group of 15. We spoke to the manager a few weeks earlier to alert them that we were coming there and asked if they would be able to handle a large group of course they said yes. We informed when we come in to alert the hostess and we could wait outside for the table/s to be ready.

We show up yesterday speak to the hostess, tell her we are a group of 15, she speaks with the manager on duty and tells us it will be about a half hour. Since they have no waiting space we inform her we will be outside and will come check back in in 30 minutes. 27 minutes later we come back in and a different hostess is there and inform us that we do not have a table "because they do not take reservations". How the #$@#@ made a reservation? We came in and followed instructions.

We asked for the manager and when he came over he said "we are not seating you and we don't take reservations" then he proceeded to walk away.

I will never visit this place again and with this piss poor customer service I doubt they will be there for long.

There is a place in the world for BWW, but it's not for us.  If your between 18 and 30 you'll probably love it.  Loud annoying music, hundreds of tv's. and a feeling you are at some frat party.  Our visit was on a Wednesday night around 5pm and it had not filled up yet.  But by the time we left there was a large wait.  What these people are waiting for are lousy wings that had little sauce.  My wife's grilled chicken Sammy was also so so. Our waiter / server was careless, and functioning on autopilot.  We did not receive silverware, drink refills or any other requests, aside from the meal orders.  He also looked like an idiot yelling " woooo hoooo". When it was announced over a loudspeaker someone was doing a wing challenge.  BWW could be great, but its not.  That is unless your a college kid or yuppie. Oh, and the diarrhea is no charge.

Pretty good wings -- on a commercial chain level I'd say better quality and much more wholesome wings than the late teen/college kid beloved Hooters.

    Had the..

Medium -- was alright, not really hot at all.

Parmesean Garlic - was very tasty and garlicky!

Mango Habanero - I actually like hot wings, but these were lacking... the heat wasn't heat it was just painful to eat, and the mango was very "bleh" tasting. Was really similar to like a spicy mango sauce you'd get a hole in the wall Chinese take out place.. just wasn't up to par with the rest of the wings we got. And again -- the spice was UNPLEASANTLY painful, especially just my lips and fingers.

Carribean Jerk - these were ok. There was something about the "tropical spices" that they used that wasn't pleasant.. can't really put my finger on it but something in the actual spices of the sauce. Also was claimed to be a "hot" sauce and was pretty mild.

Overall the chicken was very moist, no nasty dried out wings, meaty and filling.

Price was.. ok. Basically the more you get the more value there is. Didn't have anything but the wings so can't comment on the rest of the menu although some of it sounded good.

Make sure you are in the mood for buffalo wings cause anything else is just ok and nothing special. The beers they have on draft and so on are great. You can tell the taps are clean and perfectly cold every time I had a beer at buffalo wind wings no matter which one I went to. On days where there is a local sports team in the playoffs of something important be sure to get there a little early so you can get a good table. The staff in all of these places are trained well and I will be back for sure. On important sports days these places get quite packed!

This place just opened and it already sucks. The place is ok looking and the food isn't bad, but the mixed drinks are super weak and the service is odd to me for it to be a 'sports environment' - lazy fat people as servers (sorry, just being honest).

It's a restaurant chain, so I'm not expecting anything less or more about the quality of the food - however the chips n salsa was disgusting.

Anyway, since the place specializes in buffalo wings (and I love wings) I had to give them a try and -I like it!

The wings are cooked well (juicy meat not dry) and the sauce has a nice spicy kick added with a nice tang - finally someone in Long Island knows how to make good buffalo wing sauce.
I've had better, but these are probably the best wings I've had in LI.

Service is fine - drink specials and prices are ok.. yeah I'll come back.

This location only gets 2 stars because the food (although not what I ordered) was actually O.K..  While calling for takeout I was placed on hold 3 times, 2 of which were never answered and the 3rd time was disconnected after 5 mins of holding.  It was nice that the wait for takeout was only 20 mins but my order was improperly filled even after watching the takeout girl check each individual box.  Ended up getting spinach and artichoke dip instead of nachos which cost me $3.  Additionally the takeout line was just a large mob of people fighting to get a hold of 1 of the 3 employees.  In the end it just seemed very unorganized.  I know this location just opened but they really need to train the staff better and get more organized.

The initial wait felt a bit long, but every game is playing throughout the bar aaaaaand the fries are awesome (so are the drinks. Our server (Raf? ) was pretty cool too. Suggestions for wings - hot, wild and parm. Good stuff.

Located in the space formerly occupied by Glo and Sprats, BWW has truly eradicated any memories I had of the former occupants.
A massive wide open sprawling space with a bar that seats 80 in the rear. With a TV in every conceivable location so that all patrons have a view, if you want to watch and dine, then this is the place for you.
A few friends and I came here on Good Friday around 2PM after a round of golf. Upon arrival, the place was pretty quiet as you would expect.
Not having been here before, I asked the hostess where would be best for us to sit. She recommended the bar area as the tables and booths were more "family oriented".
Upon sitting at the bar we were almost immediately ignored. (Tip-2%)
While there were only 8 or 10 people at the bar (remember it seats 80), I had to announce myself to the bartender, whom looked less than happy to help us.
We ordered some beers, and she begrudgingly served us. As we made out way through the beers, there was no concern on her behalf to acknowledge that we needed refills (Tip -1%)
For the next two refills, I had to exert my own effort to gain her attention to provide us with more libations.  (Tip -1%)
As for the food, it was average. We ordered 24 wings, which were were told come with a choice of 4 sauces. While I thought the sauces came on the side for dipping, they came already on the wings, dividing the order into 4 orders of 6 wings each with different sauces. This is something they do not explain. The wings are soft and soggy although they are quite large. The sauces are flavorful, however, there is way too much of it on the wings.
There is quite a large beer selection, with some local Long Island brews however,  there are no buybacks. (-1 star)
I am glad to have had the experience of coming to BWW, as I now know, that I will not be returning.
If you want great wings and beers, go to Croxley Ales house instead, their wings and beer selection are much better!

Brand spanking new ! Replaces Glo nightclub  and the former Fuddruckers and Sprats. First 100 people on line Saturday got free wings for a year. Turned out to be 6 wings once a week for a year. Nice big space, looks like the other locations. Wings in general are just ok.... I always find them a bit soggy. But great place to have a few beers and watch whatever game you happen to be into. This will do well here and fills the need for another family place.
