If you're looking to go to Casa Blanca, go to the one in Andover Center NOT North Andover.
1. Service wasn't great as we had to hail the bartender down each time
2. The food was okay, the rice and chicken mole enchaladas really should've been much better in taste
3. Margaritas were really weak, so my friend and I switched to beer
4. Overall, skip this location and go to their Andover location for fantastic service and better food
The food is ok, hot tortilla chips are good with the homemade tasting salsas. Too bad they won't take call aheads or reservations.  I tried to get a reservation for 8 people for a Friday night the day before for a birthday celebration but no way.  "We don't take reservations for Friday or Saturday night.  Come at 5:30 to get in by 7."  I don't think so. What is it with restaurants these days? If I can plan ahead for a large party, why can't they take a reservation?  They don't even have room for 8 people to wait, and its not that good that  want to wait an hour and a half.
Review Source:This is my favorite Mexican restaurant and one of the only things I miss about living in MA. Â
I had the pleasure of eating here several times and I was usually happy w/ the food. Â I LOVE their brochetas and pollo pepe although the brochetas were sometimes overly oily. Â I've had better salsa at other restaurants- they are kinda lacking in flavor.
The service was usually good and they were always good at refilling the chips & salsa which kept my boyfriend happy. Â
The prices are good and you get a lot of food. Â
The decor at the North Andover location isn't as nice as North Billerica's but I preferred the food in North Andover. Â
The parking lot can be a pain but once your tummy tastes the deliciousness that awaits, you'll forget about the hassle.
