I absolulely LOVE the salads here. Â Their Chicken Kabob is like no other in this area. Â The best I've had in a long time for lunch! Â Really fresh salad, and they put chopped celery and carrots in the Chicken Kabob, which most places don't. Â It adds a nice freshness.
The dressing is amazing too. Â Creamy Greek dressing--not sure if they make it in house, but it's definitely NOT Christie's Greek dressing.
Good Service, Clean place. Â Glad Dina's is in Georgetown, I can finally add another place to my lunch regimen!
Dina's Roast Beef opened up in Georgetown last month. This location at West Main St and Moulton St has been home to several former eateries including a pizza shop and a Greek restaurant.
This very casual eatery offers Greek style and Sicilian style pizzas, as well as calzones, roast beef sandwiches, subs, salads, appetizers, fresh seafood, Mediterranean food, dinner plates, and baked pasta. Ipswich Clams are used here. They do request 3 hours notice for party pizzas.
The place is order at the counter with overhead menu boards and self serve indoor seating. There's also an outside ice cream takeout window (was not open at the time of this visit).
I stopped at Dina's very recently and ordered a Junior Roast Beef Sandwich to go. I was very surprised to find out that they do not offer horseradish, which is one of the must haves for a roast beef sandwich. This is a roast beef place! I did request BBQ sauce and lettuce, which they did have. The medium well roast beef was sliced thin in the kitchen after I ordered. The service was very quick and I had my order ready in 90 seconds.
Not expecting much of a sandwich since my favorite condiment was not available, I reluctantly gave it a try. This roast beef sandwich was a bit messy to eat, but surprisingly tasted very good. which had plenty thinly sliced and tender lean roast beef (medium well) with lettuce and a sweet BBQ sauce. The soft hamburger bun was toasted too. Horseradish added to the roast beef could potentially make this sandwich spectacular.
I would definitely return here. The place is still new and hopefully it'll be here for a very long time unlike its predecesors.
