Pizza Factory is a casual and clean pizzeria located near the center of Georgetown. The place is order at the counter with an open pizza kitchen and self serve seating. The pizzas are baked through a belt oven with screens. There's also a large TV on the wall.
The menu offerings include Greek style pizza, calzones, salads, sandwiches, dinner plates, appetizers, Mediterranean items, and fresh seafood. Beer & wine is served here.
I stopped by here to grab a small sausage pizza ($6.75/used to be $6.00) for the road. The paper menus do need to be updated since the prices on the lighted menu board are higher. The woman who runs the place is very cheerful and funny. The kitchen staff is younger. The pizza was ready in about 15 minutes.
The 10" sausage pizza was pretty decent tasting and typical standard Greek style pizza with a very crispy crust with chunks of Italian sausage, thick tomato sauce, and the right amount of mozzarella cheese. I finished the pizza in one sitting for dinner.
In the next room, there's also a bakery and ice cream counter serving Richardson's Ice Cream, desserts, and coffee drinks.
