The food was pretty decent. The service was absolutely horrible.

I really wanted this place to be great. Its just really hard to give a good rating when we were ignored like we were. After we sat down, our drink order was taken quickly, but we didn't actually get drinks for awhile. Then after we got drinks, another 10 minutes before our food order was taken. We finally were served our dinners 56 minutes later. This is not an exaggeration.

We also had to ask for chips and salsa.

    Sorry, won't be coming back.

We went to this place because of yelp.....and so glad we did....good food and service. We had Chicken burrito w/ green sauce and chicken enchilada w/ mole sauce.....both were VERY good! We will definately be back!

Born and raised Southern California - so I've had my share of Mexican food. This was some of the best I've ever had. Carnitas tacos were incredible, guacamole superb, and the flan was good.

Decent food, very nice staff. great prices. The food won't knock your socks off or anything but it's probably better than any other option around here.

Tucked away inside an office park, Casa Lupita provides tacos, burritos and sopes for business folks that hopefully don't take it for granted.

Its location benefits not only the local office drones but out-of-towners as well. It is one of the few Yelp-approved places near the airport, and absolutely worth stopping at if you're landing at lunchtime.

The menu is small and focused, the quality is decent, and the flavors are terrific. Strong recommendation.

I came into town for work for just one night. I was so glad I found this place on yelp since everything around the airport is fast food. I had a very good chille relleno. I'd come back.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Being a South Florida Native from Ft. Lauderdale,I couldn't ever find authentic mexican food.. But this place blew my socks off! And after going to Mexico on several occasions, I have a high standard for what the food should taste like!

The service was outstanding.. I started off with the Guacamole appetizer platter, and it had salsa and some other green sauce, it was to die for.. Super fresh, and was definitely a huge portion..

I then had the Lupita tacos, which consists of 3 different meats, came with yellow rice and refried beans. All very fresh and super tasty. I even uploaded a pic for you guys.I was super full after all this great food, and can't wait to try the other great dishes on the menu, the next time we go.

I noticed that after 2 entrees and 1 appetizer our total was around $31.00, which is typically a bit high for a Mexican Restaurant, but I promise you it was worth every single penny.. This will be our place from now on! You gotta try it..

BTW, make sure you Mapquest this place or you will get lost.. Its in a horrible location and you can't see it from the main road

I found this hidden gem based on the stellar reviews found here. I have since dined here several times and enjoy the delicous food. The staff is always friendly and the ambiance holds a certain charm. You can't go wrong no matter what you order. The only thing keeping it from five stars is the fact that they seem to be pretty slow in cleaning the tables after diners leave which has lead to excessive wait times for a table. Nonetheless, it is my favorite Mexican restaurant at the moment.

Well..... I guess I am jaded or just do not know of a better place here in Ft. Meyers..... The place was beautiful, the people were nice, and ingredients very fresh. Though hard to find in a business park near the airport.

BUTTTTT.... compare to SF Bay area.... This place was nothing to rave about. No quick to go burrito...... and very pricey. I had a tamale lunch special. 6.99.. It would take 2  of these tamale that would equal the size of 1 even if I got it from COSTO.
The the burritto were not very big. for 7.99. I have bigger at my favorite place (Happy Burrito) thats 3 bucks cheaper &  freshly made in front of you  too. These filled you up all day long.

    I am disappointed so overall.

I think it apples & oranges. I have notice food seems to be more pricey here than in SF Bay area. Why is that ????

If it wasn't for the other reviews, I would never have found this place and/or would never have considered going in. The place looks sort of like someone's kitchen, if they were to have six kitchen tables and chairs in it. It's a strange look for a place, but it was clean and the service was good. The food was excellent and great value for the price and felt very authentically Mexican. Great little place.

Went to this restaurant based on other Yelp reviews. This place is great! It really is hidden in a commercial park, but well worth the trip. Very friendly staff, and delicious food. I highly recommend the Guacamole starter, and quesadilla. I love the made from scratch and small family business feel you get here too.

Came here due to the reviews and the fact that my in-laws live up the road. It is pretty hard to find, but trust me its worth looking for.

Right off the bat, the chips looked home made and were really good with their salsa. I had the tacos with pork and it was amazing. Everything tasted extremely fresh and really authentic. The food was well above and beyond what I expected. I would go as far to say that this was one of the best Mexican meals I've ever eaten. I loved it so much that i went back for lunch a few days later before I left Florida.

Next time I am back in town, I will be going straight there from the Airport.

Excellent food and service in a hidden location.  We were so pleased to grab lunch here after a flight into ft myers.  Freshly prepared guacamole, homemade sauces, salsa and chips.  Surprisingly, one of the best Mexican restaurants I've eaten at in terms of freshness, flavor, and service.

Despite the fact that this place is a grand total of twenty seven steps from my office, I spent the better part of an entire year avoiding it entirely. It wasn't just bad, it was horrifyingly bad - as in "I'll suck it up and just have Subway for lunch again" bad.

Then, 8-9 months ago, a couple friends mentioned the place in passing. Couple days later, after an office visit, a client announced he was meeting his wife here for dinner. And that was enough to get me to return.

I went and it was . . . mostly good. So, I went again and it was . . .a bit better than mostly good. Somehow, I found myself there every couple weeks and each and every time - it got just a little bit better - kind of like the movie Fletch or any MGMT CD.

Now - I'm stunned to say I'm a regular and my staff thinks it's a true treat when we have a lunch meeting here.

Granted - there's not much in the way of decor or theme - we are talking about a Mexican restaurant hidden in the middle of a perfectly forgettable office park.

So, it's mostly a lunch joint with some damn decent Mexican food and, for some reason - the most addictive Cuban sandwich I've come across.

The Guacamole is a must start - chunky, limey, salty, tomatoey goodness served pit and all surrounded by a dueling variety of chips and a well seasoned salsa verde and positive pico/mild salsa. Order the hot salsa - which is more like a medium but chock full of deliciousness.

The Mexican lineup works entirely because they have the fundamentals figured out.
Well seasoned proteins and beans, perfectly cooked rice, good distribution of veggies and authenic corn tortillas and sopes.
Really - you can't miss on the menu although I'm partial to the trio of tacos and the sweat-inducing chicken burrito bathed in their extra hot salsa.

Really, this is quite a reclamation project and one that deserves some kudos for their steady increase in quality during a time when most restaurants are doing the opposite.

This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant.

There's not really much to say. Every time I've been here, the food and service has been great.

Good luck finding it though. From the road, you would never guess there's a fantastic restaurant in that industrial park. It's a diamond in the rough.
