MENU
I would recommend Charlie Brown's Steakhouse to anyone--even vegetarians! For the carnivore, Charlie Brown's offers various cuts of meat including hamburgers, prime rib, chicken, steaks, and other items. For sides, I enjoy the sweet potato fries. Although I am not strictly herbivorous--by any stretch of the imagination--if I were, then feasting my eyes on the salad bar would give me reason to cheer.
AMBIANCE
Charlie Brown's has a bar for those who enjoy dining informally while watching sports, news, or whatever may be on the tube. Charlie Brown's also has room to allocate to group events. For example, on one occasion I attended a Rotary Event there. In addition to the casual and the business set, Charlie Brown's is entirely appropriate for families with young children. And in the event one wants to enjoy the cuisine but cannot dine on the premises, Charlie Brown's offers take-out.
SERVICE
Knock-on-wood, I cannot think of any unsatisfactory experiences. In addition, there is a "Handshake Club" to encourage repeat dining experiences. Be sure to inquire about the details.
CONCLUSION
I like to think I have high standards. And I know my wife has high standards. This is so especially with steakhouses. She grew up in a "meat-and-potatoes" family. As I write this, I can think of only two steakhouses that prepared her food to her expectations and satisfaction. Charlie Brown's is one of them. It is based on her experiences that I have given Charlie Brown's a Five Star rating.
I like stopping into Charlie Brown's every now and again. It's a little on the pricey side, but the portion sizes are big. My go-to meal is pretty plain: the chicken tenders with the salad bar.
Definitely a fan of the salad bar options. It's certainly better than Ruby Tuesday's.
Their sangria is also pretty darn good.
