Charlie's Trio Bar & Grill

The BF and I usually come Mondays for an early dinner. We usually sit on the restaurant side, but this time we decided to try their happy hour. We like to come on Mondays because all bottles of wine are half off!!!! That's insane!!! Unfortunately they are changing their wine selections and no longer carry my fav...Red Diamond Pinot Noir.

Complimentary garlic bread is served with a herbed olive oil dipping sauce. Delicious! We ordered fried calamari as an appetizer (all appetizers are $5). I ordered the Roma
Gorgonzola: Caramelized Onions, Mozzarella, topped with Fresh Greens (all Romas $5). It was truly delicious and a good size (9inches). All the flavors were all there and created a good balance. My BF ordered the shrimp scampi which was yumminess to the max. We also ordered a bottle of the Mission Oaks (Zinfandel $13 normally double that price).

Napoli
Chicken, sun dried tomatoes, sherry cream sauce, gorgonzola cheese, fusilli pasta, artichokes
Pasta Checca
sauté of fresh tomato & basil over angel hair pasta (available with chicken or shrimp)
Scampi
sauté of shrimp with lemon garlic sauce over linguini

What else can you ask for? Good food. Good Prices and impeccable service! Love Love Love this place!

I came here a while back since a cousin told me to give it a shot. I brought a cousin with me and I ordered a big shells plate, the one with the meat and cheese in the shells with the roasted veggies. I only give them 4 stars because they didn't have Moretti beer. It's an Italian restaurant, they should be carrying it but other than that it was good.

Not impressed with their AYCE lunch.
