was it worth $29 for a ticket to see Monster's University...oh YES! , iPic delivers the ultimate movie experience. For $29, you are walked to your seats, laid out with your own pillow and soft blanket. What I did not know about and pleasantly surprised with over and over again, was the free popcorn. Then you sit down in a recliner that puts mine at home to shame, by reclining by pushing a button. service at your finger tips, waiter service with the push of a button at your seat and they work so hard to satisfy..
The environment is impressive, as it is a movie theater, lounge, and sports bar all in one. There is a full bar plus bar bites if you feel the need to snack, but I would wait for the food in the theater. There is a waiting area that includes lots of seating and has a chill environment, great for these hot days.
Parking is in garages across the street.
Service is stellar. From the moment you walk into the doors till the moment you walk out, I appreciate the consistency. Everyone seems well trained in providing excellent service and does so.
Premium plus seats are really comfy that I nearly fell asleep before the movie began MY WIFE WANTED TO TAKE THE CHAIRS HOME AFTER THE MOVIE. Push a button, a waiter will be at your side to tend to your needs. The menu in the middle of the console will guide you to bar snacks, drinks or anything else you might need. You will receive a bag of regular sized popcorn I did not want but my wife finished her bag and mine saying it was delicious.
The entire experience was first class, since it was our anniversary celebration it felt good to spruce it up. The intimate environment made the night feel special. I did love that everyone dressed up a bit even though it was a movie theater.
Here are some helpful suggestions
1) get there early so do not miss the theaters, though large and luxurious, it is all underground and not visible from the streets.
2) plan out meal there, food is good, or snack there.
3) make sure you are well rested, if tired you will konk out on their seats.
4) come in for a movie experience not a dinning experienced to be pleasantly surprised
