The Liquid Radio Players

About time they have long form improv. in the San Gabriel Valley. These guys were so funny and as good or better than the lmprov. shows in hollywood. I laughed the whole time. These guys are great!

WOW! What a fun night.  A friend and I decided to check out The Liquid Radio Players and we had a blast! It's such a unique idea, an improv show based on the 40's radio format.  

At the beginning of the show a genre is picked using a giant spinning wheel.  Then the audience calls out names and ideas for the show.  It's always fun to have audience participation and this was no exception.  On the night we were there the genre picked was mystery.  The host of the show was incredible.  He kept the story moving and was very funny.  The rest of the cast was very good, no duds.   The entire show was hilarious and very witty.  Loved it!

We enjoyed the night immensely and it seemed to be the perfect length.  I noticed that there was a huge age range in the audience.  A ten year old girl was there with her parents and there were young, middle aged and elderly patrons.  All seemed to have a great time.

This would be a terrific date night, birthday celebration or a great place to go with friends.  Good clean fun.

I highly recommend the Liquid Radio players and would love to see them again.

My husband and I just saw them for the first time and they are great! Very funny and entertaining, I would highly recommend it! It was a great date night. The venue (Hope and 1st) is very nice and cozy and the food was also excellent. Order the short ribs, they were AMAZING.
