Vegan pizza-lovers rejoice! If you've lamented the lack of hearty plant-based pizza options in the Inland Empire then Cheezy Pizza is nothing short of a miracle.  My hubby and I couldn't decide between the Mediterranean or the Chicken Alfredo pizzas so we got a 14" half and half. The Mediterranean was so chock full of toppings I'm surprised the slice didn't fall apart when I picked it up! It was an explosion of intense flavors in my mouth and the soft, salty/sweet crust was the perfect complement. The Chicken Alfredo was comfort food at its best: creamy, rich, and delicious.

We also ordered their jalapeño poppers (which looked more like empanadas) that came with vegan ranch dressing. They were good, but not the highlight of the meal by any means. We also had a piece of vegan banana bread that was very tasty (it had chocolate in it, of course it was tasty!).

The service was excellent; the staff was very friendly and answered all of our "we're-new-here" questions and then some. The place itself isn't exactly warm and inviting, so if you're looking for ambiance I'd say order to-go and light some candles at home. But if it's spectacular vegan pizza you're after, then look no further than Cheezy Pizza!

Read the good reviews and thought I would drive over and give it a shot. Ordered the Vegan Daiya Cheese Pizza and it was quite good. I forget about this place as the location is not close to any other place I visit. Very helpful person took my order and they promptly made my order.

I will give it another try when I plan on being in the area.

So I moved to Riverside for school, and thought nothing could touch my hometown's Vegan/Vegetarian options. Well I was proved wrong when it came to pizza. This pizza shop has its own Vegan/Vegetarian menu and not just one pizza option.

I am a very picky eater. I have a certain diet and if the food does not taste to my satisfaction I will refuse to eat it. I have no clue what that other person was talking about in regards to Vegan cheese. Daiya is super tasty, and melts great. (This coming from a person who has tried all kinds of crappy vegan cheese)

I've tried ordering a different vegan pizza just to see which one I like most. I'm not a huge fan of mock meat/protein, but theirs is edible. I guess I'm really big on packing on the veggies.

Their Jalapeno poppers are to die for. I have a high tolerance for spicy food, but I prefer to add in mushrooms in my poppers. They do not look like the traditional poppers my Momma Dukes makes. They are more like an empanada. Either way they melt in my mouth.

Bottom line I am all for supporting a mom & pop shop. The owners seem to be a family with drawings of trains behind the counter. I assume their child has drawn. This spot is near the train tracks so I'm guessing this is what's inspired this young artist. It's a neat little place & town. I'd rather eat here then some lame, generic strip mall, and as long as the food is great I'll keep coming back.

Good pizza, which is hard to find in the Riverside area. Good crust, cheese, sauce, and toppings. Cheap too. I think we get the X-Large two topping special for really cheap, don't remember exact price now. Really nice and friendly staff. The owner is really cool! Haven't tried the vegan choices yet. I usually get a jalapeno and pineapple.

I was really disappointed. The tables had not been cleaned, and although we got there hours before they closed, it took forever to get our pizza because they had "shut everything down."  We tried a vegan pizza and a regular pizza. The cheese on the vegan pizza was rubbery and did not melt. If you like Daiya cheese, you might enjoy the pizza. The jalapeno poppers were good and we ate them. I tried to take the cheese off the pizza, but that didn't work. I wanted to like and support a local business but I cannot recommend this restaurant.

This place was so yummy! I'm vegan, and often have trouble finding places to eat out in the Inland Empire area, so this place was an awesome find. My only issue was that the bathrooms weren't very clean.

We asked Siri for vegan food and she delivered! Never heard of Cheesy Pizza but thanks to the great reviews on Yelp, we gave it a try.

We ordered the vegan BBQ "chicken" pizza (Love the BBQ sauce!) and vegetarian vegan pizza without the onion and bell pepper (although for some reason we got mushrooms on ours, good thing we love mushrooms but they taste like canned, not fresh).

My fiancé and I both really liked this pizza. The location is in an unexpected area with limited seating, so I would suggest take-out. The guy was SO nice (refreshing!) and listening to KOLA 99.9, (my favorite station!) so all in all really great and we will get pizza from here again. The crust was a little "doughy" but for vegan pizza, its actually pretty great! There's a diamond in the rough here for sure.

A vegan pizza/pasta lovers dream! I am a recent Vegan and was very excited to visit this place... It has been a month since I discovered it and have been here 5 times! The owners/chefs are phenomenal, kind, and really care about their food and customers. The Vegan Ranch (which you can buy bottled) is superb. Their Vegan Italian Dressing is the best Italian I've ever had.... and their red sauce (pizza) has just the right blend of sweet and savory. The calzone crust was awesome, just the right thickness to compliment the stuffing. I would highly recommend the antipasto salad as well. And of course the poppers are ridiculously flavorful. A true gem.

I want to give 5 stars but I just can't because they aren't perfect.

I am just in awe of their pizza making abilities. SOOOOOO AMAZING!!! The chicken buffalo pizza is by far me and my husbands favorite pizza here.

I have come for lunch twice, dinner once and take out once. Each time the pizza was to die for.

Service is good, very friendly and happy. They make you feel so welcome! Every time I have gone no one else has ever been dining inside. The first time I went I thought it was sort of weird but they are located in the most oddest place ever. It is pretty small with about 5 tables inside.

My husband and I def prefer this place over almost any other pizza place near us. We live in Highland and would def come here anytime.

They are not expensive for the type of food you are getting.

The garlic knots are simply divine. They melt in your mouth.

Drink wise they had about 3 choices of soda cans and a couple 2 liters. We opted for the 2 liter and they gave us cups which was nice!

My 1 year old was walking around and one of the workers started playing the ABC song for him on their radio. It was very cute.

I absolutely just adore this place.

I am not to big on vegan food  but they do it right. The jalapeno poppers are where its at, the poppers are like pieces of vegan heaven placed on your table. Plus the vegan ranch is better then the regular ranch. In short go out of your way to stop in and have some amazing pizza.

How good is this place? So good that I downloaded this app just to give this a review! I have only tried the vegan items on their menu but I have never been disappointed. They do use daiya cheese on their pizza but I actually enjoy that cheese. They have the best vegan ranch I have ever tried. Also they have great jalepeño poppers that look like empanadas. You must try once. They have great specialty pizzas and their huge calzones are just as amazing as everything else this place has to offer. Did I mention the most amazing customer service? Their homemade crust and pizza sauce make a big difference. They make pizza the way its suppose to be done. The location isn't the greatest but it isn't deal breaking at all. The street they are on doesn't look ghetto and I've only been their at night so it is definitely a must to try this fantastic food. Vegans go on the weekend to get 15% off your order. I am officially a regular now.

    WE LOVE CHEEZY PIZZA!!!

Whenever I'm in a sad mood, Cheezy Pizza is sure to cheer me up. If I'm in a happy mood, it will only make me happier!! Their vegan ranch dressing is incredible! We always get the vegan veggie pizza (sometimes half buffalo wing) and vegan cheesy breadsticks. They also have these other mini breadsticks that taste garlicky and those are yummy too. The buffalo wing pizza is a little too salty in my opinion but it is very tasty and popular (my boyfriend likes it). I think the veggie pizza would be good with some buffalo wings sprinkled in. The margarita pizza is also good (but can get a little boring... the veggie one is best). There is a Mediterranean one with a pesto sauce and it is a little too bell peppery in my opinion (not the biggest fan of bell peppers) but other than that, pretty good. If you're into lots of bell peppers and olives, then try that one out!

We recently tried their pasta b/c they were catering at my boyfriend's cousin's birthday party and it was ok. Stick with the pizza! Haha, but pretty good for a vegan fettucine alfredo.

We are so glad to have a vegan, health-conscious pizza place nearby. The only downside is the ghetto location (it can get scary to drive around there at night) and out in the middle of nowhere, next to train tracks... so hopefully they will come to Loma Linda. Cheezy Pizza is a diamond in the rough. See you soon Cheezy Pizza! Come closer!

Tried out a Pep pizza since I wasn't really hungry and it was for the wifey. I ha a slice or two and the sauce was really good, looking forward to going back and trying a specialty pizza!

Ok Went back WOW. The Pesto Mediterranean was amazing! Its a Must Try!

Im not a Vegan but If your Vegan. Try this place out, they have a whole vegan menu and different deserts as well.

This is for their vegan items, I still need a few more regular pizzas in my belly before I can update on the regular items ;)

Their vegan pizzas are delicious. They do use Daiya cheese (vegan cheese) so be warned if you don't like that, ask for it without. There's no other substitute that I know of that melts as well and doesn't have a gritty taste.

Their vegan Buffalo Rancho pizza is delicious, and their Soy Chicken alfredo is creamy. The vegan ranch they have is so similar to Fat Free Ranch, I had a "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter...milk Ranch" moment.

But honestly, get their vegan jalapeno poppers. They are more like empanadas but ooooooooohhhh, giiirrrrrllll they are delicious. They have specials on their website and the weekend is the perfect time to try a vegan pizza because it's like 15% off!

This place would seriously kick butt if it was in Rancho Cucamonga or La Verne.

Yes it is totally cool that there is a vegan friendly pizza place in Colton.  The menu has a lot of vegan options, and the staff is very friendly.  We ordered a vegan pizza with high expectations after reading reviews and were sadly disappointed when we got home and tried it.  The cheese substitute was disgusting, I think they use Daiya.  Both my partner and I couldn't eat more than 2 bites and ended up throwing away the whole pizza bc the dogs wouldn't even eat it :(
Daiya doesn't taste like cheese and has a rubbery smell when heated up.
I know lots of vegans that love Daiya, but I sure don't!
If I ever go back it will be for a pizza with no cheese, but for the prices its cheaper just to make one at home.

Minda and her crew are amazing. I've been a loyal supporter of hers since I first discovered her in Moreno Valley. She listens to her customers, is always eager to learn more and help expand the vegan options of her business. She already makes amazing vegan pizzas, calzones and other sides. The vegan garlic cheese bread is the best! Not to mention they make their own vegan ranch. Super great service, great  prices and nice proportions.

I've been here a few times and have never been disappointed. Big fluffy dough, fresh tasty sauce. They have a lot of vegetarian toppings. I told the manager I was skeptical about trying their vegan cheese so he made one of my pizzas half vegan at no extra charge, and it did not detract from the pizza. I'm not vegan but I can see why so many people give it high praise.

Yummy vegan pizza in an area I would not expect vegan pizza.  We stop here when we are on our way from Phoenix to Orange County.  So far both times the vegan pizza was awesome...also had "cheese" bread, and jalepeno poppers.

Only complaint is that the daiya cheese doesn't always agree with my body.

Great little pizza joint with great vegan pizzas.

Been here two times and each time has been a hit. Both times we were headed to Disneyland, coming from Phoenix and stopped here on the way. FInding a decent vegan pizza has been getting easier as of late. There seem to be a lot of vegan options in LA and at other chains, like zPizza.

Most vegan pizza is that fancy thin crust sort. But Cheezy Pizza has a great chewy, thick, neighborhood pizzeria style crust. On the first visit, we had a BBQ chicken pizza and on the second, we got an Alfredo Chicken pizza. Both times we had jalapeno poppers and cheesy garlic bread.

The poppers and garlic bread were awesome, and served with vegan ranch.  The vegan ranch is a bit thick for my taste. The pizza was delicious, though for each pizza the sauce was a bit too sweet for me, and could have used more fake chicken, but still it was great.

Warning though. they use daiya which can result badly for your system later on.

This place is hidden in Colton in an unusual spot, but don't let it keep you from giving it a try. They make great pizza!

Try the vegan soyrizo pizza! It's amazing... soyrizo, avocado, and cilantro...yum! The jalapeño poppers are really delicious too!

    'Nough said.

I am so happy to have found this place!  Now anytime I get a craving for vegan pizza I no longer have to choke down yukky vegan cheese or go to some other pizza place and get a cheese-less pie.  This place has REAL vegan pizza with Daiya cheese.  It is seriously good.  The menu is extensive, the prices totally reasonable, and the owner/staff super friendly.  It's a small hole-in-the-wall in a residential area.  Very limited seating but nice enough.  They also have regular pizza, pasta, and desserts.  Vegan menu is 25% off on the weekends!  After using Yelp MANY a time to find some grub, this place inspired me to write my first review.  ENJOY all you I.E. vegan pizza-lovers!

FINALLY, FINALLY, a vegan pizza worth eating!  First of all, who would have thought vegan would make it's way into Colton? The people at Cheezy Pizza are very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I first ordered there, and was a little skeptical, but when the owner found out I was a vegan, she also suggested that I try her vegan jalapeno poppers, which were delicious!  They are the best jalapeno poppers I've ever had, vegan or otherwise. The owner also makes a vegan ranch that is really good.  They do have regular pizza there too, and my family seems to really like it.  Trying this pizza is definitely a must!
