We have ordered from them numerous times and always enjoyed their burgers and fat steak fries. Â Tonight however, I ordered the Chicken Pesto wrap, which was supposed to have chicken, sauce, romaine, carrots, cabbage, and bell peppers. Â It only had chicken, sauce and lettuce. Â VERY disappointing! Â I called the restaurant and the manager asked me to hold after I told her about this. Â She then proceeded to go ASK the chef if he put those things on it, and since he said he did, she treated me as if I was lying. Â I felt like a 6 year old the way she was talking to me. Â She said next time I ordered, they would make sure to put LOTS of veggies on it (as if I just hadn't noticed them this time). Â I will not be ordering again. Â I don't like being treated like a liar.
Review Source:Okay, Just like the location- the bar isn't perfect. The comments below are probably accurate. Â While the owner, Dave, may have to go out on grocery runs for your food AS ITS cooking, he has a good heart. Â The Bartenders are cute ;) and attentive. Â
That all said I chose 5 stars because you can't really find a place that beats weekday deals. Â Tuesday nights are $1 miller lites, Wednesdays offer up $5 burgers (amazing), Thursdays are $5 miller lite buckets. Â On the weekends you may come across a booty shaking contest and/or live music. Â
Back to the burgers... they're huge. Â I feel like anyone who loves Kuma's or Bad Apple owes it to themselves to at least give it a whirl. Â
Free pool, MEGAtouch games, dollar darts, & you can even call people out on the chalkboard all you want, its a fun environment.
AMAZING. Hands down. I have ordered from here mulitple times and have been blown away each time. I'm not sure what experiences others have had but I have been more than impressed. I will order from here as long as they are open. The manager was extremely accommodating when they ran out of chili, offering a more expensive option for free in its place. The burgers are the best I have ever had. The Hub burger? Don't even get me started. Freaking awesome. Spinach dip, crazy good. This is an honest review and i don't really take time out to review places often. Kudos CSH

I should have gotten a hint when I first called....Someone picked up the phone and told me to hold. While the phone sat on the counter of the bar for about 2min I was given the chance to hear conversations and loud music. Finally someone picked up, took my order, but then the guy said he would take my number and call me back so I could pay....So about 5-6min later he finally calls back and I pay for the order.
A little over an hour later my pizza and wings arrive. While the pizza was good, it was a bit cold, and the wings weren't anything special either. Like I said, I was disappointed, especially since the tab was $35!
While I probably wouldn't get delivery from them again, I do want to stop by and checkout the bar.
So, I went to this bar because I knew someone in a band that was going to be playing here. Let me just say, if the band and the handful of people who came to see the band were the only people in the bar that night, what is this place like on any other night? Keep in mind, this was a FRIDAY night.
My friend and I ordered some food at 9 PM. Given the fact that there were so few people at the bar and no one else was eating, it seemed odd to us that we were waiting quite awhile with no food. Our waitress was nice though, she kept coming over to us and apologizing for it taking so long. After about 1 hour and half, she came to apologize again, I inquired what was taking so long. When she came back to tell us, she explained the cooks actually had to GO OUT and buy some ingredients to make the food. I'm a very patient person and while I was really hungry by this time, I didn't make any fuss. After 2 hours of waiting and no food, the waitress came back to apologize - I asked her if they were even preparing the food yet and she said no. By that time, I told her just to cancel the order - there was no point.
After 10 minutes, the manager came over to apologize and bascially tell us the excuse that there was a family emergency and etc. He then offered us some free shots, which I thought was really nice. He came back to our table of 5 people with only 3 shots. Really? You're offering up poor customer service to make up for the other poor customer service?
Oh, we also asked the bartender (who was also the waitress) to make a group of buttery nipple shots. She made them with vodka.
In the end, I'm not surprised why this place didn't have ANY customers. I think it's only a matter of a VERY short time before this place closes.
Wow, I'm a little surprised to see that the review balance has changed so much between the time I first ordered from CSH and now. Â Maybe some of them were shills, I don't know. Â All I know is that I really have enjoyed the burgers from this place. Â I like that I can get my burger on a pretzel bun, I like that there's a choice of steak fries or sweet potato fries (I wasn't crazy about either but I am a super hard sell when it comes to fries, so no points off on that count.) Most of all I like that I can get a turkey burger and still get a big, meaty, well-charred burger with a whole lot of flavor. Â Seriously, if you'd told me it was turkey I'd have said, "Oh pull the other one." it was that moist and flavorful. Â I like the selection of add-ons, the option for a number of different types of cheese, and the fact that the burgers really are quite generous. Â I haven't yet been able to finish one.
Service is speedy and pleasant, and while the burgers are a bit on the pricey side (Not nearly as expensive as some I've seen.) you get a prodigious amount of food for what you shell out. Â I can't say it's the best burger ever, but it scratched an itch and did it with style. Â As for the rest of the menu, I can't say what the stuff is like, but if you want a two-fisted burger, this is a place to try.
Food arrived in a timely manner, delivery person seemed to be in a hurry as he apologized for running out of 1L bottles and instead gave us 3 cans, which is completely fine and understandable. Â The real deal, the food, unlikely that we'll order from here again. Â Here's why:
The meat on the nachos was very salty, the tortilla chips drenched in fat/oil so much that we couldn't bare to taste...we didn't even finish it despite being starving. Â The burgers certainly is big, but I think the 1/2lb is precooked weight, but still big. Â The meat was once again very salty, and the main issue we had with the burger patties is that it was waaay too thick and smaller on radius. Â Based on my personal experience of making my own burgers for years, it's probably frozen patties, which it's okay with me but perhaps not for others. Â We also felt that some of the ingredients were hmm old as I pulled my stained black lettuce. Â We thought the soup was good, decent, perhaps what we enjoyed the most out of everything.
Overall, we thought the food was too salty, greasy, with dated ingredients, and that there are better options to choose from. Â Not coming back.
First off, I think there's been quite a bit of review seeding here. Not saying there couldn't have been a bunch of people SO BLOWN AWAY by the food here that they had to register and write one review, but this doesn't strike me as the place to induce that kind of reaction.
Second, this review is based only on the food and delivery, since I haven't been in person. Service was reasonably quick for a Friday night, and they have a rather large service area since I'm not all that close. The wings were just OK; decently moist but not all that much flavor besides the sauce. The buffalo sauce is probably a "medium" when compared to store-bought sauces. You may or may not like that depending on just how spicy you like your chicken. Burger was plenty OK; once again, nothing special, but you could do a lot worse. Not a bad option if you are sick of pizza or Chinese or the other common delivery foods and you don't feel like having pizzeria wings.
