Chili's

Service remains the biggest concern with this restaurant!  Understaffing directly impacts the quality of service!!  The last time I was there, I was told to wait for at least fifteen minutes...I looked in and found that the restaurant was not full at all...but actually half empty!!!  Not having enough servers was limiting the amount of tables being used!  Not a good situation to be in for a relatively new site!!

I've been to this Chili's four times, and the service somehow manages to underperform the amazingly poor service delivered the previous time. Poor service, poor management, and a general lack of cleanliness are the hallmarks of this store's epic failure. Do yourself a favor and find another place to eat if you want a good dining experience.

I realize the other few reviews for this location are consistently low, however I have been here a few times with a large party and they are consistently accommodating.  The bar service is decent and fairly fast, and with the food at least you know what to expect.  I will come back again, which is not always the case with 3 stars.
