  Service remains the biggest concern with this restaurant!  Understaffing directly impacts the quality of service!!  The last time I was there, I was told to wait for at least fifteen minutes...I looked in and found that the restaurant was not full at all...but actually half empty!!!  Not having enough servers was limiting the amount of tables being used!  Not a good situation to be in for a relatively new site!!

  I've been to this Chili's four times, and the service somehow manages to underperform the amazingly poor service delivered the previous time. Poor service, poor management, and a general lack of cleanliness are the hallmarks of this store's epic failure. Do yourself a favor and find another place to eat if you want a good dining experience.

  I realize the other few reviews for this location are consistently low, however I have been here a few times with a large party and they are consistently accommodating.  The bar service is decent and fairly fast, and with the food at least you know what to expect.  I will come back again, which is not always the case with 3 stars.

  The food is great but I agree the service sucks. We are never greeted at the door right away. We always have to wait 3-5Minutes before we are even noticed.  They always seemed understaffed.  Stop worrying about your labor percentage and focus on customer service! Customers make you money not being understaffed.

  I hate to even give 1 star. Ive been to this Chili's a few times and each time I have gotten really bad customer service and cold food! Whether you dine in or order to go, you'll be waiting for at least 15 minutes to be helped. Today, I called to order Togo and was told that my food would be ready in 10 minutes. I actually waited 20 minutes before I left to go and pick up my food to find that it still wasn't ready. I had to wait for another 15 minutes to get my food. By that time, half of my lunch break is gone. On top of that, I didnt get any utensils to eat my meal!!! This is the last time I will spend and waste my money at Chili's!!! Do NOT go here unless you want to leave disappointed!!

  I'm not a fan at all of chili's, but one day we decided to give it a try again since they are closeby. Well, we waited a good 8-10 minutes after ordering a soda and tea to get our drinks. The menus we were looking through were just wiped down and still wet... To the point that all the pages were sticking to each other. While we were waiting for our drink order, I went to the restroom and came back to find still.... No drinks. I told my wife to get up and we were leaving. Never again.
