not enough room for food & keeping the Oven fired dishes out of the oven, we had to keep all those away from the baby!!

i want to go back to try the ribs

((I used to work here. Do what you will with that information.))
It's a chain, so you get what you pay for. This isn't real Tex-Mex fare. I always stuck with the Triple Play appetizer - two orders of boneless buffalo wings, an order of Southwestern Eggrolls. The drinks are froofy and overpriced (think TGI Fridays).
There wasn't an extremely high turnover when I worked there, but that was about five years ago, so things might have changed. The servers we had, if I do say so myself, rarely got complaints.
Lunch during the week was always slow. You could get a table immediately. Any other times... good luck. There was always a pretty considerable wait on Fridays and Saturdays.
I won't go into details, but the kitchen was not the least bit clean and the restaurant wasn't much better.
