Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill

Had the cheesy brisket sandwich.  Dry, tasteless, shavings of meat. I wouldn't eat there again if it was free.  Service was, good and fast.

Overall good food, but the service and experience left much to be desired.  

The important part.. the meat was good.  I had the brisket and pork in a combo.  The pork was good, well flavored and cooked well.  The brisket was very good.  It had a great rub on it and was cooked well.  

Our service was less than ideal.. we showed up around 2.30 and the place was fairly empty.. However it took them 10-15 minutes to seat us for some reason.  Our server forgot a couple of requests and was a bit slow to fill our drinks.

The food was good.. but the rest just wasn't all that good.

Love this place. The atmosphere is great. TVs everywhere. Great bartenders. Food is very good. The late night menu is worth the wait. Always my 'goto' place when nothing else sounds good.
