My advice - two words - barbacoa and carnitas. That's where the magic happens. Chicken and steak are fine, but the magic happens with the slow cooked meats. Barbacoa is a spiced slow cooked shredded beef, Carnitas is a spiced slow cooked shredded pork.
I used to get burritos. Burritos are messy, so I switched to bowls. I do love the juice running down my arms and the lingering smell of the delicious meats on my hands, but I have to go back to work.
Get a bowl. Load it up with as many  tasty toppings as you can see, and enjoy.  My usual choice is brown rice, black beans, carnitas, tomato salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce.
I'm here regularly for lunch. It's always busy, but they move you through quickly enough.
