Cloud 9 Hookah Lounge

Very bad customer service. Why would you put recliners if customer cant use them. The way they treat you its like they giving free hookah. Very expensive hookah. Not worth it at all.

With a name like this, you would think this place will have you in those clouds. (Sadly this isn't the case. More like down at the 8th ring of Dante's Inferno, the circle of fraud.)

Service (Poor)
I think more money and time was spend on making the front sign flashy then making sure they had seasoned workers or at least some whom have good hookah knowledge.

Hookah (Poor)
Where's the flavor? I didn't want my hookah to be burnt out within 20 minutes. Sad, indeed.

Food (Not Sure)
Usually I'm always interested in food but for some reason while I was here I could think less about it.

Price (Expensive)
Came here expecting the average prices for a new hookah place, but the grand opening seemed like this place already had in it's mind that they owned the customers. Fail, I think they have lost more than they could have potentially gained.
