Comedy Off Broadway

When I heard "Etta May is back" I thought that it would be different material...but it was the same jokes as last year. Very funny though. I think the crowd gets a bit too drunk. One woman had to be carried out by "security". I can't wait to go back...to see a different act next time.

I really enjoyed this place, I've been several times.  Some acts are better than others.  The first time I went with my sister, we saw Mike Armstrong, and we were laughing NON-STOP, I had to force myself to stop laughing because I was in pain.  I went  a different time and watched some older guy with his guitar, I didn't find it too funny.   I do like the open mic night though, because it reminds me of watching the NBC show Last Comic Standing.
Overall, it is a good place to go for fun, especially since it seems there isn't much to do here in Lexington.

Seems to be the only place in this town for comedy. It's hit or miss with the acts so check online before you go.  The crowd is always dead here. I have been all over the country watching comedy it's strange how snobby/hard to please Lextonians are. Bizarre people. Good place.
