I had a meal out with my family, while I was in town.  Located on the main drag through Columbus, this place opened in November (or so) 2011.  They serve an American steakhouse-esk cuisine, with sandwiches, steaks, and a little bit of seafood.  The steaks were just below the $20 price point, though I think they were black angus.  The burger meal that I got was right around $8.

I wasn't overly impressed by the ambiance of the place.  I think they're building it up into a nice restaurant, but besides the paint and wood accents (and one mirror) there really wasn't much to the joint.  There wasn't much copper design or mill design in the place, so don't let the name fool you.  Don't get me wrong, all the stuff they had looked decent, but nothing drew the room together.  The dining room was wide open, and I could easily snoop on other patrons, if I so wanted.  I could see into the kitchen from my vantage (thought it was a good thirty feet away).

Now on to the good.  The place makes some good food.  I had the black and blue burger, and it the best burger I've ever had in my hometown.  It was seasoned well, and the blue cheese sauce complimented the burger.  The beef quality wasn't perfect, but it wasn't that bad.  The fries that came with it were crispy.  It came with a pickle.  I opted for water because they wanted $2 for a soda, screw that sugary shiz...  My burger was definitely made to order, hence the service seemed a little slow, but my party seemed to fill the time with the usual jabber, so it was all good.

Their menu appeared to be quite standard, though I heard the waitress say that they were going to revamp the menu soon, making it more spring-season friendly.  That's cool.  All in all, I think they're a good establishment for Columbus.  Unfortunate for them, however, is the fact that Larkins (a much nicer location) is just down the road.  It would be nice to eat outside.  But, they're about par quality-wise, though I've only been to either place once.
