Cubs Bar and Grill

A decent place to go to for a drink!  Service and ambiance were suprisingly good.

Pretty crappy experience even for an airport.  The place is huge and the service was slow even though it was a quarter full.  The food was a step below mediocre but edible hence the two stars.  I had a Buffalo Chicken sandwich.  The chicken tasted like those Buffalo Chicken strips you buy in the freezer section at the supermarket and the bun was many days old.  The fries might have been okay.  I would definitely avoid this place.  There has to be somewhere better to eat at O'Hare.

Left a $1 tip on a 30 dollar bill. Got there around 9 pm and there was about 5 tables with customers. This lady waitress messed up my order, did not fill my water not once during the hour I spent there, did not respond to my multiple thank-you's n simply walked away everytime.

I dropped 30+ bux in that place and I wouldn't be this upset if at least their food would have been good. The buffalo chicken sandwich was stale and soggy and their spinach salad was flavorless n the opposite of fresh. If you have the money to spend here, do yourself a favor and go to chillis down the gate hall.
