Really nice remodel, great disability access, and good food.  WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.  When I asked the self proclaimed manager of 12 years, Erica why she did nothing during the 45 minutes of the worst behavior I have ever seen by adults or children in public, she said, " I am only responsible for my crew.  I am not responsible for anything else that happens here."  Do YOU want to eat food in an place that has that attitude?  She cared nothing about the safety of the customers.  She should have called the police when a very disturbed, screaming man accosted me in the doorway when I was trying to leave and she did nothing  He was upset because I made one of the 5 adults come get their toddler who had crawled onto our table and put her hands in my food. For over 45 minutes, the children ran wildly around the place, nearly knocking everyone down who walked through the door.  They were running in and out of both male and female bathrooms. The kids  were screaming and the adults with them just talked louder.  No one in the group was eating and they had no cups.  Erica offered to replace my food the toddler ruined, but I wanted to leave that hellish place asap. I am sure the risk management folks at DQ corporate would be thrilled if someone was knocked down or assaulted by the disturbed man or got ecoli from the toddler's dirty hands -especially a person at high risk from infection like me.  If Erica treats food and personal safety like I witnessed tonight, this DQ is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Erica had no insight watsoever into what a dangerous situation she allowed to evolve because she did not put customer safety first,  before we walked through the door.  The party was completely out of control before we walked in.  Other customers would sit a second, then get up and leave.  The disturbed man had been pacing around both inside and outside the whole time and it was obvious that he was not stable.  I saw the situation was not good once we started eating and Erica allowed it to get that way before we set foot in that place.  If her job is not to maintain a safe eating environment, what the hell is her job? I have been in crazy, crowded fast food places all over this country and I have never seen a place so out of the management;s control in my life.  Oh, she also hung up on me when I tried to explain to her that she is ultimately responsible for customer safety.
