I always saw people standing outside when I would go to the billiards hall next to it and was intrigued by all the plaid, jeans and cowboy boots and hats I saw. Finally I decided to go inside, which was very out of my comfort zone since I don't usually listen to country music at all. Upon entering, the place had a really fun, homey sort of feel with white Christmas lights decorating the all wood, expansive foyer and dance floor. The alcohol is really cheap and and everyone is so nice there! There is a wide range of ages and everyone has a good time line dancing together. If you don't know how to line dance (like me) they also have lessons beforehand which I will definitely take advantage of next time. I would recommend this place to anyone even if you don't usually like country because you're sure to have a great time with some of the nicest people anyway!
Review Source:I passed this place 3 times because I didn't know what I was looking for (and the area of Worcester kinda scared me), but it wasn't all bad. Big parking lot across the street makes for easy parking. $10 cover to get in, but that was for mostly getting line dance lessons. If you like to line dance or get your country on, this is the place to do it. All walks of life come here, from college kids to older folks. I'm not much of a country fan, but it was enjoyable to watch. They had dart boards and pool, so bring your own darts if you're into that. Drink prices were kind of typical, but hey, it's a fun night.
Review Source:Torn between three and four stars - went for the first time on a Thursday night during the holiday season. Thought there would be a few more people there, but I will attribute the lack of crowd to the weather (bad snowy roads that night). Loved the instructors - they were super helpful throughout the night even after the lesson. Music is a mix between country and modern, apparently you can line dance to anything these days. I would definitely go back and maybe I can keep up with the regulars! :)
Review Source:I went here with the misinformation there was a mechanical bull, they should really make that investment. Â I think I have been to too many rowdy country bars in other parts of the country to be fair. Â I had to pay a cover which sucked since I left in less than an hour. Â Not sure if I went on an off night but it was dead, mostly a large group of girls who line danced poorly .
Review Source:Since every club in Worcester has been shut down, skip the hassle and check this place out. Its right near Holly Cross. Its a little off the beaten path but worth it, with free pool and country music that switches over to a DJ at 11 on the weekend. Plus $2.25 bud lights! Yay! I'm a Fan. It's 18 plus so everyone in your party can go.
This is a great place to go out and have a no drama, good ol' time. Get here early and line dance, or laugh at people line dance, what ever your pleasure.
A friend of mine introduced me to line dancing 7 years ago...thought I wasn't going to like it but I l loved it!! Â It's a great place to meet people, it's a great place to have alot of fun! Â If you want to lose any weight, this is the place to lose it!
On Wednesdays and Thursdays nights, it's beginner classes so teachers show you step by step how to line dance. Â Then after I think an hour and 1/2 of class then it's free dancing. Â The people who come are so friendly that they show you steps even after class. Â
A fun time with friends, a fun night of dancing and a fun night for lots of laughs. Go and enjoy!
People...do NOT laugh kthx
I have this secret that not too many people know about and I would like to keep it that way ok? Â OK?
I really love to line dance...ok I said it. Â I don't know what I love about it. I don't know why I love it...I just do. Â And if you do secretly or you are out of the closet, then this place is one of the best I've been to. Â Lost of room and lots of yeeehas! Â The people are all great and very friendly and I swear I have never had a bad night here. Â It's a guarantee laugh outloud night!! Â Take your friends and try it out, it's well worth it.
