Music Worcester

This is what makes Worcester great. I look forward to every performance in the Worcester Music Festival. Outstanding venues, such as Mechanics Hall with amazing acoustics. They offer very discounted tickets for students for these world class performances. This is one of Worcester's gems.

What a special spot the City of Worcester has!  This is the oldest music festival in the United States, with performances going back to 1858.  Venues include Mechanics Hall, Tuckerman Hall and the Hanover Theatre.   World class classical music symphonies and chamber music, jazz and ballet peformances have all graced its stages,with artists from Enrico Caruso and John Philip Sousa to Yo Yo Ma and Winton Marsalis.  
Caught the St. Petersburg Symhony from Russia last week who performed extraordinarily.......Can't  wait for the National Acrobats of China next week!  Truly a hidden gem!
