Darcy's Bistro & Pub

We stopped in here the other day for a business lunch.  The service was fairly fast, but nothing spectacular.  The food was pretty good.  I had a french dip.  The meat was good, and the Au Jus was tasty.  I was drinking water, but I only had a small water glass.  It was the size of like a small juice glass.  Put your hand around it and you can almost cover the whole thing up.  The waitress left a carafe of water, and I literally filled my glass up about 15-20 times, adding ice cubes everytime until it was overflowing.  Pain in my butt.  I considered giving this 3-stars just for that, but...... ok, I'll put up with it.  

I doubt I will eat here again based on the price and based on the variety of other eateries in the area.

First time here and very pleased. The Happy Hour specials were good until 7pm and we had some cheesy pub fries: they are tasty. We drank imperial pints of Smithwicks and Guinness. For dinner she had the fish tacos off the happy hour menu and I had a prime rib french dip with side salad. Everything was fast, fresh and delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

If you find yourself in the Denver Tech Center area, check out this Irish Pub. I think it is worth your patronage. We will come here again.

With the warm weather here to stay, my bf and I decided to check out the digs in our new neighborhood and stumbled upon Darcy's across the street! Here's the breakdown:

D = Deals, deals, deals! They offer a killer happy hour, tivia and live music throughout the week/weekend!
A = Awesome staff. We were greeted right away, with smiles and felt very welcome upon arrival :)
R = Roomy bar area and patio! We sat outside and loved it!
C = Cute, homey and typical wood clad Irish decor!
Y = Yummy eats! We noshed on the chicken wings and split the French Dip sandy, which was good, but meat lacked flavoring.

S = Step worth distance! So close, I have a feeling I'll be here more often than not!
