Day Campe Festival

If you look past the granola hippie atmosphere, this festival might be one of the best ones west of Lincoln Blvd.  There are a lot of NARCs in there, so just be careful.  Don't give out drinks to anyone who looks remotely underage (unless they are super hot).  DJ Ruxpin was killing it when I was there, all the other DJs were just OK, but Ruxpin was crushing it.  Bring extra Kiki as always.

If you're looking for a Kiki, you won't find a better one anywhere west of Sepulveda. Enjoy some of LA's hottest DJs, flirt with the sexy bar staff, and dance until the wheels fall off. Get there early to enjoy delicious tacos and (if you're lucky) catch a glimpse of Day Campe's two rock star proprietors.

However I must say, the drinks were rather pricey. I got 3 glasses of Rose' and it cost me three half-assed compliments! It's a good thing I am such a Baller, I tipped the lovely bartenders three extra half-assed compliments!
