Depot Hot Dogs

Stopped in today after visiting West Beach. I ordered a Bull dog, husband had a pork tenderloin sandwich, daughter had a corn dog. I loved my dog. Yum yum. Husband said the sandwich was good but was only "whelmed", not overwhelmed. Whatev. Guy taking orders could be a little more friendly but maybe that's his schtick. Lots of picnic tables to eat at, easy parking and pretty flowers. Maybe a few more selections to the pop menu could be added. I didn't even know that still made Diet RC...Great experience overall though.

Definitely one of the best hot dog stands in the Duneland area.  Other than SodaDog in Michigan City, it's probably the only one I go out of my way for.  Simple, quality ingredients, put together just right.  Very few places are able to follow that simple formula.  Keep up the good work Depot Dog.
