We love Drynk!  It's def the best nightclub in NH and New England, nice inside, nice employees, and good looking ppl.  the Dj's are good and it's nice to have diff rooms to go to playing dif music.  I love the outside when it is warm out!!

    Keep it up!!

So far this is my favorite club in Manch.  Especially when the weather is warm and the garden area is open - it's great. This place gets packed so when all areas are open it really helps with the flow.  I like that each section has it's own personality and it's own bar so you don't have to walk through the entire place just to get another drink.
The main room is dark and laser lights,  VIP seating around the perimeter of the room, has a lower level behind a divider, which I think they should consider expanding the main dance floor into that for more space.  Seems to play a lot of electronica lately - which I wish they wouldn't. A little is ok, but if I wanted that, I'd go to Grand. I like real House, but this is that inbetween crap you hear on the radio. and truly not that fun to dance to (ever see a bunch of people trying to do techno arms? LOL and just endlessly jumping *sigh*)
The patio is brighter and plays hip hop, it also has a VIP area which is behind the DJ booth, so in a way more private than the main room.
The garden area, I don't think there is any music, but the ambiance is very nice. Firepits, cushy seating, trellises with vines and lights etc. It's good when you need to take a breather.
Drink prices seem to be pretty standard for any club in the area.
There is no cover charge, there is a coat check, and I'm not sure what the official dress code is.  Ladies are always dressed up, but half the men aren't...I actually wish they would be more strict about this.  Free street parking or $6 in the BoA lot nearby.
I've never felt it unsafe here, most people are just looking to dance and have a good time. The crowd is very mixed, all races, all sizes, it's good I like to see variety, makes things more interesting ;). I find the people at Grand very snobby. and Realm is very sketchy.  In a perfect world Drynk would have Realm's DJ and Grands dress code.  It's dead before 11 so I would never bother going beforehand, unless you want to eat?!. Bartenders it depends, some are super friendly and accommodating and some act like you don't exist - just like anywhere.  No place is perfect, you'd have the same issues in Boston except  then you're also driving an hour, paying $20 for parking, $25 to  get in and crazy drink prices. I'm more than happy to party at Drynk.

We came to Drynk on a Saturday night with a group of friends, probably 15 of us. Before we even got inside, we knew it was going to be a bad night.

    First
The entrance issue needs to be resolved. We came as a split group, part couples, part single males and females. At the door there are two lines, one for couples/ladies and one for single males. Needless to say if you're a single male, you'll be waiting quite a long time no matter how much money you have or if you came in a group. It took us about 20 extra minutes of standing outside in the cold before we got up to the front - all the while we were watching girls who came 15 minutes after us just walk in. I was ready to grab a single lady, and say "Pardon miss, please pretend to be my date I'll buy you a drink - I just want to get inside the building." I guess this is how they maintain their guy:girl ratio - but it could be handled a bit better. Maybe 1 guy for every 5 girls in?

    Second
Standing room only. For such a debacle at the front, you'd think they would know a thing or two about capacity. If you want to dance, you're relegated to a two-step at best. At least there was no cover charge, because I would totally not pay to wait in line for this.

    Third
I am a bartender (and former bar owner), and I've traveled all over New England to try drinks and rate them. I must tell you to avoid the Long Island here. It's watered down, and I think it has about 1/3 of the original alcohol content. I've watched the bartenders make drinks for other customers, and the way to go seems to be [mix + straight liquor]. For example, I've seen a couple of them do 3-4 ounces of whiskey for a whiskey and coke (twice the standard amount).

They do get two stars though, it wasn't all that bad. The girl to guy ratio inside was great, plenty of eye-candy if you're into that. It definitely is a place where girls dress to impress, and guys are just "whatever". The other star they get is for good music selection - there a room in back for more...'urban' styles. The front has more house/top 40.

    Final thoughts:
From a former bar owner, this place needs a lot of work. If you're at capacity, do something about cutting down the line. Make it $5 cover for guys. Up the dress code a notch. Do a guest list. Make things fair. Hire some solid promoters. Get a photographer. Make a website. Look to Boston for some good examples.
