Ordered the triple B and was three times disappointed. Burger was dry, even though I asked for it medium, bacon was as hard as a rock & they could have added a little more BBQ sauce to make the taste bearable, but they failed on that end too. Eat elsewhere!

Best BBQ sauce ever!

Not the first time this has happened.  The place goes through flash rushes of customers and isn't prepared with enough staff.  The problem is that they don't tell customers "hey we're probably too busy to give good service."  In with my family, ordered an appetizer that took 20 minutes...and was ice cold when it was served.

It might be OK if you are just looking for a beer, but it's not good for any party over 2.  One Sunday morning they had a "late opening" because there was no manager and the cook apparently was coming off a bender.  It was chaos.

If you're thinking that this location is anything like the original on Broadway, you will be very disappointed.
