For those of you not familiar with the area, its about a block south of the Strip Club. It's like a small town fraternal bar in the heart of St. Paul. They don't maintain regular business hours, but are generally open on Tuesday night, Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday. On some Saturdays they have semi-pro wrestling for about $10, cheaper for kids.
Beer is $3 a bottle. They have domestic lagers. Most mixed drinks are $4. There is Karaoke on Friday nights, but I've never seen more than 4-5 people singing. Check it out and you can sing all night with your friends with no wait.
Hard working blue collar folks drink here. Most of them are in their 50's and 60's. The place is kind of falling apart, but still looks like a bar should.
They serve $1 mini burgers with fried onions, pickles and mustard. Two is enough for a snack, four is a solid dinner. The best part about the place is that it is a charitable business, profits go to a variety of charities for children.
