El Andariego

Found this restaurant just by chance in our local neighbor. I am glad we did. 1st time was a Friday night. There is karaoke on Friday's..well actually a very nice gentleman sings and plays the guitar. Spanish music is so sweet to hear. The gold margarita that night was not all that great, but the food was amazing. The chips and salsa are very homemade. The tortillas again homemade. The mixed salad with house dressing is a refreshing starter. We had the "grande platter" which had shrimp, ribs, chicken and fajitas for 2. Yum-o. Tried the flan that night and it was ok.. 2 weeks later we went back on a Saturday. The chef that night out did the dinner before. Everything even the margarita's were so much better. The flan was so creamy and smooth. A four star for sure. I must mentioned the staff is the best. The owner visits the tables and makes you feel at home. We were even remembered from the week before. I plan to go back and try everything on the menu and will take family and friends for birthdays and special events. Worth going to again and again.

Love El Andariego.  The Mix Salad is super fresh and the house dressing is probably the reason I get the salad.  The Tacos Mexicano are delicious.

Owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming.  We go there both for carry out and dining in.  Good margaritas and sangria.

The tacos here are way too greasy and watery.  My tacos were swimming in grease on the plate.  I could tell they didn't bother to strain the taco filling before they placed it in the taco shell--I picked the taco up and it oozed out some watery substance all over my hands.  The tacos are much better at California Tortilla, which is pretty sad.
