Dempsey's of Ashton

Fantastic country styled breakfast. Grits were awesome, and ingredients were fresh. A little crowded and noisy though.

I've been to Dempsey's 2 or 3 times now. The food is very good. I absolutely love their biscuits and gravy...they're the best I've ever had. I also really like their baked potato soup. The service is quick and friendly...everyone seems to be happy. The decor sucks though. It has a really old and cheesy look to it. They also have an ant problem. Ants crawl on the tables and walls. I will still eat there though...the pros outweigh the cons.

Friendliest staff in town. Decor is nothing to really brag about, but the food's good, and the staff is outstanding. It's a neat place, with great local color.
