Subway

Its a Subway. Not fine dining. However, I expect the workers to at least be somewhat competent. The young guy there is rude and does not do much to retain business. I just go to the one in Highland and get better food and service,

I agree with Dave. I give them my order and they completely forget within 15 seconds and give me the complete opposite of what I wanted. It's so frustrating ordering here..
