Ruby Tuesday

Their food is pretty good, I have never not liked something I had ordered. I LOVE the mashed potatoes they have here, and the croutons from the salad bar are delicious!
However, they do not provide cheddar cheese biscuits to eat while you order like Ruby Tuesdays in Columbia on Snowden does.

This was our first time dining at this location. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty good but the service was fantastic. From the hostess greeting us on the way in, to the personal service that we received from Steve. On our way out there were 3 people at the entrance (the hostess, a server, and possibly a manager), they all thanked us for coming in and were great with my 2 year old daughter. I was very impressed.

Food was ok like any other Ruby Tuesday but the service was terrible. My family and I were seated right away and the place was 1/2full but it took the server more than 30 minutes to even bring the water. I saw the servers chatting with each other while customers were waiting to order or check out. We left after 30 minutes of waiting to have our orders taken.
