On a groupon, my brothers and I stopped by and had their 4 beer flight and burger deal. Needless to say, we were all satisfied!

Both their beer and burger selections are great!

A++++++ for the martinis.  From what I recall.  I may or may not have taken a "selfie" video of me walking out of Emerson's Ale House asking for Oberweiss Ice Cream (which is located right across the street, FYI).

My husband and I were meeting another couple here on a Friday night.  They highly recommended this place, so we were happy to oblige :)  There was a 20 minute wait when we got there, so we went to the bar and ordered a drink.  That's where this place loses a star for me.  The bartender was efficient, but she had a snotty attitude the entire time we were there.  Like we were upsetting her by ordering drinks.  Strange.  So we settled up there and headed to our table.

They had purchased a Groupon for a beer flight and a burger for each of them, so that's what they ordered.  I ordered an Appletini (the beginning of my amateur video debut) and my husband got a beer flight.  I ended up ordering the fettucini alfredo, and my husband got the grilled cheese w/ fries.

The food came out somewhat quickly (and the appletini went down even faster!  NEXT!) but both burgers that our friends ordered were charred.  Like WELL WELL done, and they ordered medium.  They tried, but they were inedible, so they sent them back.  The waitress was really apologetic, though, so good for her.  My husband's grilled cheese was amazing (it WAS National Grilled Cheese Day, after all!) and his smart addition of jalapenos really added to the flavor.

My alfredo was gooooood.  Not only was it good that day (after a couple of drinks) but it was good the next day, too (completely sober).  Sometimes alfredo can be hit or miss the next day, and doesn't reheat well (the oil separates and the noodles get dry and it's just a hot mess!) but NOT this alfredo.  It was delightful the next day as well.

So in addition to the yummy food, Emerson's also has standout drinks like Root Beer Beer.  Yes, you heard me right--I did NOT stutter!!  It's Beer that tastes like root beer and it is SUPER potent in its alcohol content, so be on your toes!!

I would definitely come back for the food and drinks.  Maybe not sit at the bar next time, though ;)  I wouldn't want to ruin that lady bartender's day!!

Great location, great idea, bad service bad food. I went there two times. The first time was the week they opened. The service was horrible, the atmosphere was fun and the pizza was amazing. We went there the second time last week. IF you want a fun place to go to and have a drink, don't go there...we had kids running around it I thought I was at Chucky Cheese! I wish I was, the pizza at Chucky's is better! I don't know what happened, but the pizza tasted like cardboard. The service was still the same...bad.

The fiancee and I came here because we purchased a GroupOn that covered two burgers with fries and two craft beer flights. The burgers were big and tasted pretty good. I liked them but I wouldn't come back just for the burgers. Now the beer is where it gets really good. A flight, which normally costs around 10$, is 4 small beers - kind of like a sample. They had a few popular choices as well as some I have never tried before. Our personal favorites were Apple Cider which was only around 4.5% alcohol and the Root Beer (which was 19.5%). We ended up sitting at the bar and the service was phenomenal although it took awhile to get our order because the place was so busy seeing that it was a Friday night.

Okay....this place has finally won me over.   It's taken a year, and several trips here, but they finally got themselves together....great bee selection....good appetizers...I'm sold...and the owner was providing great service at the bar.

Stopped in last night with a buddy to use a Living Social deal voucher for two flights of craft beer and two burgers.  There is a very good list of craft beers from as far away as Vermont and there are six or eight burger choices including a black bean or turkey option for those looking for a low fat meal (also you can substitute broccoli for fries for $1 more).  Service was friendly and fast.  I will be back!

I have been to this restaurant several times and it is one of my favorites.  I like the decor and I especially like their pizza!  I like Gino's and Uno's and Emersons pizza is like a combination of both, leaning more toward Uno's.  It's not a pan pizza, but it has that crispy, buttery crust taste like those places.  (From the pictures I see posted, it looks like the crust is burnt.  It certainly wasn't when I had mine.)

I've had dinners and lunch at Emersons and I've always had attentive service every time I've eaten there.

Most recently we stopped there for drinks on our way home from a movie. When we sat down for drinks one of the owners, Bobby was sitting at the bar and he saw us come in so he got up to serve us.  (We are not regulars and didn't know Bobby from Adam).   I told him we wanted a night cap so he suggested a Frangellco.  We got it on ice .  As I was drinking mine I realized they had a hard to find root beer beer (made by a small brewery in Wauconda.  It tastes just like a sweet root beer... only 19% alcohol) so for the second round I ordered a root beer beer and  instead of a Bailey's he suggested my wife have a rum chata.   I tried a little of the rum and it was very good.   We enjoyed ourselves and will certainly go back.

One other nice feature of the bar is their complementary salty bar snack is strips of bacon!  Nice touch.

The wings and other food items are not very good. The fries were cold. The service was bad too as they only seem to put a premium on people who regularly attend. This is just another simple suburban bar that really offers no unique experience. There is nothig to make this place stand out and there are several better bars within walking distance of this joint.

We went here with the groupon deal for beer flights and burgers.

The place was nice, dark and pub like.  Our waiter was awesome, very attentive and helpful.  You get to select the beers from their available drafts for your flights.  You get 4 tastes, which was a good amount.  The beer selection was pretty good.  We also got an appetizer which was just ok and two burgers.  The burger and fries weren't bad, nothing special.  The bacon on my husband's burger was really really good.  I would really go back here for the beers mostly, not so much for the food.  The food wasn't bad, it was just bar food.

Emerson's is a cozy neighborhood bar that has some very nice craft brews on draught. We used the Groupon to get the burgers and beer flights. Get the Cherry Bomb pub burger. It tasted like a jalapeno popper/burger combo. Pretzel buns are always a plus! I was also pleasantly surprised to discover that the flight list wasn't preset so you could choose your own adventure (within their beer list, of course). And you get to choose 5 tastes, which were 5 oz. each making it more than a bomber's worth per person. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Went on a Saturday afternoon for the burger and beer flight groupon deal.  Decent tap selection, good bottle selection.  Food is what you'd expect, service friendly.  No problems and would visit again.  You could get away with bringing kids during the day, but wouldn't really as it's more of a bar atmosphere than restaurant.

Well, we're pretty picky about pizza and this place actually serves a unique and delicious pie.  The size choices (7" and 14") are a little strange, but the pizza is 5-star.  I've also had a couple of the gourmet burgers (one with pulled pork, the other with fried egg) and they are very good.  I haven't yet sat at the bar, so I can't comment on the comp bacon but, hey, it's bacon - woo hoo!  Service has been great and there's good parking also.  One minor complaint:  when you enter the place, there is no vestibule i.e., the interior is separated from the sidewalk by the front door.  During the summer they have several al fresco tables which is nice.  We're going to be regulars.

meh, I came here with the wifey the other week, and wasn't too impressed. the menu selection was what you would expect from any pub-type restaurant -- heavy on the appetizers and burgers, and not much else. the apps that they offered were the typical non-surprising staples like mozarella sticks and nachos. we ended up both getting the chicken sandwich.

BATHROOM REVIEW -- in terms of bathrooms, it was impeccably clean. And, given the fact that it was in a pub, the bathroom was absolutely outstanding. nice and bright and extremely well lit. I was expecting a typical pub bathroom -- piss infused and a stall door hanging off one hinge. but behold! not that case at all. sit or squat? sit!

Great train crawl stop. When drunk why wouldn't you want bacon served to you in baskets like peanuts or pretzels at the bar?

Team Trivia Night!  So, we chose Emerson's for Monday night trivia, the location was great, the trivia not so much.  Was it because we didn't know answers to any of the trivia questions, or because the trivia host was kind of boring?? Maybe a little bit of both.

The bar is really dark inside, which I like, it reminds me of bars up in WI.  They had a huge variety of beers, but their special was $2 Miller and Bud Lite Taps, so how can you pass that up?  They also had .50 cent wings, we had 6 BBQ and 6 Buffalo, and these wings were HUGE!  After looking over the menu, we decided on a pizza.  We ordered a 14" because it said it was thin crust, boy were we wrong! See my picture......It was gigantic!  The pizza was different than any other pizza I've had, it was good, but different.  So trivia kept on....and so did our losing streak.....

This bar also had a sign up that said Karaoke would be starting on Tuesday nights February 28th....I think I'll be taking a Wednesday off at some point this winter...  :)

Wings and service.  The two things I loved best about Emerson's.  $.50 wings on Mondays, we ordered 6 mild and 6 bbq.  They were big and crispy and meaty.  Veryyyyyyy good!

From the pictures on Yelp, I thought their pizza was thin and crispy.  It turned out to be thick and puffy.  It has a unique taste, not bad, not great, but unique.  The sausage reminded me of Chuck E Cheese's, but the pepperoni was spicy.

I felt the bartender should've advised us that the 14" thin crust pizza is WAY more than any two people can handle.  She was very nice and a good bartender, so I won't hold it against her.

We sucked at trivia tonight.  The guy running the trivia had as much personality as the penguin on his shirt.  Maybe I'm just sour because the fat hillbillies seated at the end of the bar were blatantly cheating.  Phones out, yelling answers, and cheering loudly when the correct answer was announced.  Not cool.

    Awesome wings, eh pizza.

Horrible service experience.  Went there a few months back just out of curiosity.  It turned out they had a half price burger and half price wine night that night.

We were obviously taking advantage of the specials by ordering a bottle of wine and two burgers, in addition to an order of onion rings.

First, the waitress brings us a bottle of wine with the cork still halfway in the bottle and two glasses, one of which clearly had a lipstick mark on it.  It took 10 minutes to get the waitress to replace my glass.

The onion rings were of the variety I can easily get in the grocery store and cook in the oven and the burgers, while they tasted good, they were of the sort that upsets my stomach...I have yet to figure out whether that upset stomach means high fat, low quality or my stomach is fighting off a bacterial infection.

Then the waitress comes with the bill.  As she sets it down she says to me "your burger is not half price because it was a specialty burger."  At this point I know I've been set up...as I said before, it's obvious we were taking advantage of the specials and by pointing this out as she sets down the bill, the waitress knows it's going to be a problem.  So why did she not point this out when I ordered the burger?  (a specialty burger here is any burger with more than cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion on it).

She points out on the menu where it says price only valid for regular burgers, to which a respond by pointing out where it says additional toppings charged extra.  I am willing to compromise by getting a discount equal to half the price of a regular burger.  She is only willing to charge full price.  I ask for the manager.  After agreeing with the waitress and arguing my stance that the menu is unclear for at least 5 minutes, he finally relents and asks if it is our first time here.  I tell him it is, and at the rate things are going, also our last.  At that point he agrees to, just this one time, credit us for half the burger.

This is among the worst dining experiences in my life.   I can't believe it took a few months for me to post this.

Emerson's brings home the bacon, literally, and I couldn't be happier. So my friend Joe and I stopped in to Emerson's last night for a beer and had a great experience.
We were sitting at the bar sipping our ales when I asked the bartender if she had any pretzels. She said "no, but in a little bit I'm going to bring out some bacon". OK, so my hearing is really starting to go I thought. I asked Joe if he heard what I heard.  Sure enough, a few  minutes later, a round of freshly cooked bacon was placed around  the bar for us to munch on while we drank and chatted. It came in one of those neat cone shaped wire stands that are lined with special paper to help absorb the grease. The result? Crispy, salty, crunchy strips of perfectly cooked bacon that make a wonderful bar snack.  I'm not sure if this is a regular thing or if it's up to the discretion of the management as to when they do it, but I think it's a great idea. It shows real innovation and outside the box thinking at a time when a lot of bars and restaurants are struggling to hang in there. I still haven't tried the fish-fry, but that is next on my list when I go back.  Kudos to Emerson's!

I really like this place. The food is very good and the staff is very accomodating. We were there one night and the weather was nice and people wanted to sit outside. The outside tables were taken so the staff started bringing out tables and setting people up. Wonderful! My problem is the awful wine glasses! Why have a decent wine list that you paid to print and put in a lovely leatherette folder and then serve it in a Walmart shot glass with a stem. Awful. PLEASE someone post here when they buy new wine glasses so I can come back!

I thought I had written a review for Emersons before, but apparently I haven't.

I have been here a few times for food, and went with a few friends last night for drinks and karaoke.

The food is good, not great. The menu is not expansive, and it's the upper end of affordable, and I use that term lightly. Burgers are fairly priced, but beyond that I think they're asking a little much.

I was also put off by being told they couldn't make one of their signature martinis (for which they ask $10) because they no longer carry the vodka.

They have decent drink deals, but I feel if you're offering a drink, especially on a menu that's on each table, you should have what you need to make it.

If that weren't enough, they have an even bigger strike against them that also came from my visit last night. My friend and I arrived at 10 as we were a little late meeting some people. They don't close until midnight, and when we asked to order a pizza, we were told the kitchen was closed. SERIOUSLY?! You're a restaurant above all else, and you close your kitchen two hours before you close for the night? That's not only ludicrous, but it borders on irresponsible since they sell alcohol all evening.

Also, note that when I said we went for karaoke, I should've used quotes. Their song selection is fine, but other than a few friends, most of the people singing, were upwards of at least 50, my ears were not happy.

I also feel like letting you know that I don't think this is a great place for large groups. Unless you all want to site side by side at a bar, or with your backs to each other at separate high tops or booths, choose another venue.

Overall, I'd come for a burger and beer, but there are other places I'd go for a night out with my friends.

My husband and I just moved to the Mt Prospect area and decided to go to a resturant near Emerson's (because the other restaurant received better reviews) and then we stopped here for a drink after.  We sat at the bar and thought the place looked cute and the atmosphere is comfortable. Then it came time to order.  Maybe this place doesn't serve wine very often, but I asked for a glass and it took over 10 minutes for the bottle to even make an appearance behind the bar.  The bar-tender told me they ran out of it and someone went to the back to get another bottle.  Fine, no big deal.  I don't think they went to their stockroom to get another, I think the guy went to Antarctica.  Then the bar-tender tried to open the bottle and she couldn't.  The cork got stuck and it took another five minutes for them to figure out how to open it.  I was close to walking out because this whole scenario was getting to the point of ridiculousness but I felt bad since I did order the glass of wine so we stayed.  When I finally had a sip it tasted like vinegar and cork.  I'm pretty sure pieces of the cork broke into the bottle.  I didn't say anything because maybe they were just having an off night so I put my glass to the side and ordered a beer.  Much simpler I guess because I got that pretty fast.  When my husband and I finished we were ready to go but the bartender was out in front having a smoke with some friends.  Everyone deserves a break but she was out there for about 10 minutes and no one else working asked if we needed anything.  When she finally came back she chit chatted with her friends some more, went to the back, and almost sped right past us until I had to stick my hand out and ask for the tab.

No one was rude here, they just seemed to not care about their customers, unless you are a friend or a regular. (Which we very well could have developed in to since we live so close, but I do not plan on coming back here anytime soon now).  We were never asked if we needed anything or if our drinks were ok.  When we closed out the tab she must of noticed the full glass of wine sitting there and she didn't ask if something was wrong with it.  I am not the type to put up a stink of a $6 glass of wine, but terrible customer service too?  Now that's just ridiculous.

I'm giving Emerson's two stars since no one was outright rude and the place is cute inside.  We plan on giving it a few months and then trying it again, hopefully the staff will change or learn that good customer service equals repeat business.

I forgot to add, this place wasn't busy at all.  Maybe 7 people (including us) at the bar, and three tables taken.  There is no excuse for such terrible service.

Stopped in early Sunday evening and our party had a couple fish & chips dinners and a burger.  All were good and the fries were huge.  They are proud to now have Chimay Blue on tap but I declined the opportunity; at $10 a pour that's a ways toward a trip to Belgium, but I'll come in this time next year to celebrate the original keg's birthday.

Our server was quick, attentive and pleasant.  Nice kid.

My only complaint was the atmosphere.  They had the typical array of sports on the typical array of flat screens, but any sports theme was loudly overpowered by the level and choice of music.  Some kind of endlessly pounding urban house synth/pop club mix crud flooding down on a helpless collection of customers, most of whom were in their 40s and beyond, and none of whom seemed In Da Club.  And did I say loud?  "Sorry...wha?  Can't  hear you!" loud.  Maybe they need more customers to absorb the music, but until that happens maybe dial it back for the grouchy oldsters who are paying your rent.

We went last night for a Moms Night Out.  I had called to make the reservation for our party the afternoon before.  When we arrived, our reservation was not written down.  After I mentioned the name of the gentleman who took my reservation, we received an apology and directed to the bar where we were bought a round of drinks.  After our table was ready was when it went downhill.  Our party didn't arrive all at once so I'm sure that created some disruption for our server but from the get-go, he seemed nervous and unprepared.  He took an appetizer order first while we waited for the rest of our party.  As people tricked in, he started to take drink orders.  When asked if they carried a certain beer, he didn't know if they carried it.  It took forever for the appetizers to arrive, fries and chips and salsa.  He never brought the little plates but we were hungry and made due.  He finally took our dinner order and that took forever to come out.  He kept apologizing over and over again about how the kitchen was backed up.  Our food came and the bun to my burger was cold.  I ate it anyway.  It was ok but would have been a lot better if it had been served as it should have been.

Would I go back?  Not for a meal.  Maybe for drinks.  It was too loud to enjoy conversation.  The tables were so crowded together that I was locked in by the chair behind me.  Maybe I'd go back with a Groupon.

Let me start by saying the owner Bessie is very nice, and seemed genuinely concerned about our experience.

Our waiter said the carmelized crust pizza takes "15 to 20 minutes".   Great.  We ordered a large pizza and a large Greek salad to split.

Well the **salad** took 20 minutes, and It was nothing special.  Lots of feta, but no anchovies.  3, maybe 4 olives.  Mostly lettuce.  OK, we figure our pizza has to be coming any minute.

30 minutes pass.  Then 40.  We were the first table seated, around 5:30, and the tables around us had already flipped.  Waiter came over and said "your pizza will be ready in 6 to 10 minutes".  Hmmm.  How's that 15 to 20 minutes, I wonder.  My wife was visibly perturbed, but what could we do.

Finally after 50 minutes, the pizza came out.  Immediately we noticed something wasn't right.  The sauce didn't look like sauce.  It was THICK.  Quickly it became appparent, it was TOMATO PASTE.  [The owner later claimed otherwise, saying it was pizza sauce, but at this point we're not buying it.  It had the same consistency as tomato paste, and that strong, bland, unseasoned bitter concentrate flavor.  For anyone who's ever cooked, it would be unmistakable.]

So after the waiter set the pizza down, he didn't come back until we flagged him for the check.  It was then I asked about the tomato paste.  He claimed it was their "normal sauce", but later the owner claimed they'd "just changed sauces".

It ranks among the worst pizzas I can recall, including some pretty nasty northwoods bar pizzas concoted by delusional stumblebums posing as chefs.  The scant few tomato slices were the pinkish, fleshy variety you find mid-winter at the grocer, not hand-picked, ripe plums they should be.  A few onion pieces sprinkled around added little.  The sausage wasn't bad, but fell far short of redeeming the experience.

I am sorry I have to dislike this pizza.  We wanted to like it.  It's close to home.  And the owner is nice.  She may have other great products.  And the place is nice inside.  But their pizza making is AMATEUR at best.

1 star for the aweful pizza.  1 star for the misleading wait.  2 stars for the waiter, who I sense knew something was awry.  4 stars for the nice owner.  I may go back and try something else.  Other dishes looked pretty good. We had plenty of time to watch them float pass while we waited.

Lou Malnati's remains indubitably the supreme ruler of the pan pizza universe.  It's pizzas like this that make it no wonder why people wait 2 hrs for a table @ Lou's on a Saturday.

Been there 3 times and service kept getting worse. My last time there, we ordered an appetizer and 20 minutes later they said they were out of it. Ordered a pizza, and about 45-60 minutes later they said the pizza oven is broke. Needs better organization and management. Female owner bought us a round of drinks but will only go back there to use my 2nd groupon and never again unless things change.

Overall: Poor service, grumpy/creepy manager/owner (male), and food was just okay. Has so much potential to be great but things need to change.

I love craft beer.  I love good food.  I do not love Emerson's.

    Pros of my experience:
    Good beer list
    Large menu
    Nice staff

    Cons of my experience:
They did not have the first beer I ordered, so I ordered a different beer.
I did not get a glass with my fine American craft beer, so I asked for one which  I never received.
The burger I ordered to be cooked medium was done beyond well.
Our party of four was not asked for a second round of drinks.
Our dining experience which consisted of one round of drinks and our entrees lasted close to two hours.

In short: They were nice to us, but the slow service, lack of beers on hand, and late and over cooked food fell very short of this place's potential.  Niceness can only take you so far.

Went for dinner Thursday night, as I had purchased a groupon on Wednesday.  I was told by the waitress and then by the manager that it was not valid until 5/11.....no where on the groupon does it say this and I have read through all of the fine print...I was told that a lady had come in earlier and she was told by groupon personally the same thing.  I called groupon to ask for a refund....as I was not planning on returning.  The rep at groupon informed me that nowhere does it say I could not have used it last night.  I believe the manager should have honored the groupon.  We ended up staying for dinner and the meal was not even that great.  The groupon was only for a $15 discount and he could have easily given us this, as we had driven a distance to visit his restaurant.  I had been there before and was looking forward to returning, however, I can say we will not be returning.

We went here for my boyfriend's birthday - he wanted to stay local and have some good microbrew beers.  He was happy with the beer selection here and it was nice and clean and the environment.  We had the feeling that we were in a nice neighborhood bar and grill (there were some children eating there).  We had burgers and the nachos with steak which were both better than average though not the best we've ever had.  The waitress and busboys were really great but the hostess was often not at the stand.

Overall, I really liked the atmosphere and would love to go back to try some of the other items on their menu.

Nice place to grab a drink but quite a bit pricier than my Milwaukee wallet is used to ($6.50 for a Left Hand Milk Stout).  I am always on the hunt for bars with a great micro and craft beer selection which is how I ended up here.  They have 12 drafts and a fair bottle collection. We snacked on the spinach dip appetizers which was phenomenal. The drink prices were a bit cheap even for Chicago suburb standards. I thought it was unique that the bar served bacon slices and kept them coming. I had to actually tell the bartender - "no more".  It took a good 15 minutes to close out. Maybe they need another bartender for the Friday night crowd.

My husband and I went to Emerson's a few weeks ago to try it out. It's only a few blocks from our house so we were hoping the food wouldn't disappoint...and it did not. We both had a hamburger, which came on a pretzel bun. The burger was cooked perfectly and was a good size. The server was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

We went on a Tuesday night, so the place was pretty empty, just a few people at the bar and some families at the other high-top tables. The restaurant is pretty small, so I'd expect that it gets full on the weekends.

First impressions: Not bad. It seems like a non-commercial Applebees in terms of the menu and TV-to-occupant ratio. We ordered a burger (delicious), all-you-can-eat fish and chips (good, nothing special), and the pot roast (eek! avoid at all costs!).

I definitely think we'll be back, if only because this place is literally a block away from our house. But we will avoid the "fancy" section of the menu and stick to the tried-and-true bar food basics.

The menu here is quite nice since it's what you'd expect to find in one of the nicer restaurants downtown but the prices aren't extremely high (although pricier than many of the local restaurants) and the execution is better than average.

I really enjoyed the braised short rib. The mix of flavors and soft texture was very comforting for a cold winter day. There was enough meat in this dish to share with another person. It was perfectly complemented with garlic mashed potatoes.

The steak sandwich was perfectly cooked but seasoned a little too much. The textures were good however and it was presented nicely with crispy fries.

The caramelized pizza was quite nice although it may have been a mistake to get it with garlic (at least I didn't think it was the best choice of topic. If you're familiar with the flavor of saganaki you'll probably be able to guess what this tastes like. It was big enough for my party of 4 to all share one and be full.

Overall, the menu and flavors are interesting enough to keep me coming back.

I want so badly for this place to be a hit in MP, but it just isn't so. It's terribly dark and the air was incredibly oily with fried food when we visited. We hoped for a great beer list but were disappointed. Also, I can't figure out Emerson's niche. It's dark and a large center bar is surrounded by TVs. Must be a guys place because as a woman I wouldn't want to come here for a date and it isn't a good girls night out place either.

First time here today and met the owner. Great guy and very accommodating fella. The food is above average and I see a lot of potential here.

Definitely a great location for those of us who take the metra.

Was here for lunch during a weekday.   I am glad that I popped in for lunch.   I had the skirt steak and mashed potatoes.   Excellent!  Great location - walking distance to Metra.

Nice place for a good beer and food with friends. Young owners Sam and Nunda give a warm welcome to customers. Plan on returning because just blocks from my home. Will give local taverns a run for their money, hope all do well in MP.

Great cozy place in Mt. Prospect.  The inviting entrance brings you right to the large bar that dominates the interior.  There are booths along with a few tables that encircle the bar.  There's a mix of music playing in the background all night.

For dinner, I had the 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes and it was excellent.  The meat was very tender and juicy.  The lemon sauce and seasonings were also excellent.
The rest of the menu features a bunch of burger and sandwich options, as well as, several more entrees.  The food prices are fair and in line with similar places.  The drink prices are low and that's a good thing.
Service was prompt and accurate throughout the evening.
The Friday dinner crowd died down at around 8:45 PM and turned to mostly drinkers just having a nice time with friends.
This is definitely a cool place to have some dinner, drinks and then relax.  The multiple TVs make this place a great game day destination as well.
    I'll definitely be back.

A little disorganized coming out of the gate, but the management clearly cares.

Fries were a little limp, the onion rings lacked some flavor, and they could use more creative choices on tap. They do have a wide variety of local brewy bottled choices, and promise to continue to expand their choice.

We will definitely give them another shot.
