Awesome staff, there's a Hello Kitty room, and they have a great selection, once you work out the fussiness of the touchscreens. Â Modern and clean. Â Even the bathrooms were clean, which is CRAZY for a karaoke place. Â I mean, seriously, think about that for a minute. Â When was the last time you went to karaoke and the bathroom was even kind of clean? Â Never? Â Yeah, me too.
Review Source:What a money sucker (literally, a place that sucks the money out of you). For a group of 5 people, it was $38/hour. Ok, not so bad, right? Wait, lady, did you just say there's also a 1 drink minimum per person, and you're going to add 15% gratuity? Ok, hold up, these drinks, they're all non-alcoholic?! This place has the potential to be amazing. They have a touch-screen song selection thing, song choices are so current (my friend and I got to sing Alive - Krewella, lol), and the room is real clean and nice. BUT, the drinks sucked (they give you options of milk tea, flavored tea, soft drinks). All our drinks were gross (milk tea and passionfruit tea). They also asked us if we wanted them to call us out when it was 1 hour, we said sure. They never came to call us at the 1 hour mark, so it was a good thing we were checking ourselves. They charged us 1 hour 2 mins and 3 seconds. The total came out to be $73.01 for 5 people. What a rip! Other places are so much cheaper and don't make you order these lousy drinks. Save your money and go somewhere else to croak your heart out!

What's this? A touch screen monitor? Sure, it was definitely cool to play around with a touch screen monitor because many karaoke places still use the old fashion booklets to pick songs. But man, how come some buttons didn't work at all? Suddenly, fun turned into frustration.
Song selections - Mainly Chinese songs and good selections of English songs. If the k-pop song has more than one million views on Youtube, then you'll also find those k-pop songs here.
Tips - If some of touch screen buttons don't work, then try to press the home menu and restart the song searching process. It's also a plus if you can read Chinese. Â
Happy hours: Monday ~ Thursday 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday ~ Sunday 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM, $16 per person flat rate with a free drink.
Overall, not-so-good touch screen pad and a good place to sing Chinese songs. Drinks were overly sweet.
P.S. - Energy Karaoke is located on the 2nd floor of plaza.
