Field House Sports Bar & Grill

i have been there 4 times the food is very generous and good.  the grouper sandwich is awesome.

during the weekday had great service and food
early friday great service and food

late friday.... here we go

arrived at 7:30 pm
first of all everytime we went we brought a 25$ gift certificate from <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Fresturant.com&s=c679c8b7c27648b754c74464a6f005dc9a3fe1923b4231a13356be0e1a37d75f" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://resturant.com</a>, and now they are not accepting them.  which is fine it is posted on the door,  i brought it up to the waitress and she said they where offering 20% off to people who came in with the intentions of using it.

drinks took 10 minutes to get and the one i ordered was out so mine took 20 minutes

we ordered nacho appetizers (very big) and that took  30 minutes to come out food took another 45 minutes.  now comes us checking out the bill comes 80 some dollar,s no discount we ask to have the 20% they offered us 10 minutes later she comes out and says the manager is on break and it will be a few minutes.  10 minutes later she comes out with a  bill for 68$ we ask for the bill to be split 50/50 with 2 different credit cards.  10 minutes later they come back with 32$ on one and 45$ on another i explain that there math was off.  she leaves and comes back 10 minutes later and says she needs our cards to void out the transaction.  she leaves and comes back 5 minutes later with one for 32 and one for 35.  which still doesnt add up but who cares at this point the friday night karokee is going on and is really loud so we have been looking to leave for and hour and have literally been stuck inside unable to leave

if i hadnt gone in this friday my review would have been 4-5 stars but after tonight 2 stars

Went here for first time. Great food, generous portions. Family friendly atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff.
