O J's Tap

I have fallen in love with this place.  I actually live just over a block away, and until recently had never been.  My boyfriend and I decided to try it out on a spur-of-the-moment "drink through Yorkville" crawl and really liked it!  Drinks were equal or lesser cost than other bars in town and we were able to actually hear ourselves think and talk (as opposed to DJ Dorkface at other local establishments blasting music.)  I'm only 25, so I like music, but still, this was a refresher.  The bartender remembered us when we returned a couple of weeks later, which was great.  

I do recommend OJ's Tap, whether you're from Yorkville or just in town.

This little place is another Yorkville staple.  It is a great place to unwind and relax.  The crowds do not get unbearable and the clientele are all locals.  This is one of the most unpretentious crowds that I have ever drank with!  They make you feel like a local and one of the gang!  This is a good place for a game of darts and a few cold ones after dinner at the Bridge street Cafe which is right across the street!
