Flagstaff Brewing Company

Great beer, I like the unique wheat beer with the banana clove flavor. Ipa is not very hoppy though, some may like this but I didn't. Sandwiches and burgers are big, juicy, and tasty. Fun patio had a smoking and non smoking area. Nice service. Good summer place. A Flagstaff must go. (Kind of dirty tables, but silverware, glasses and plates were clean.)

Flag Brew is one of my favorite Flagstaff pubs.

My daughter and I love the selection of beers at a great price and the featured whiskey specials. Love sitting at the bar. It has a cozy, hole in the wall feel. Even played a game of ping pong! (Not very well, but fun nonetheless).

They have an amazing outdoor patio that is a must visit! Right in downtown surrounded by other eclectic shops.

If you're hungry....you MUST try the Bagna Calda....nothing better than sizzling garlic cloves that have been simmering in oil. (Warning: You will smell like garlic for a good day or two after, but so worth it). If you're feeling like a fat kid........I love the Poutine......who wouldn't?? Fries, smothered in gravy and cheese??!! Yum.

Ask for Josh, he's the best! Great service and super attentive.

I love the casual atmosphere and small town feel of this place.

I want to like Flag Brew more than I do.

I've been coming here since they opened, just about 20 years ago.

I don't believe it's been cleaned since then!  

I like their beers but that's about it.  Then again they've brewes the same few beers for two decades so I hope they'd have the recipes sorted out.  

It has that old dingy feeling you get in a place that doesn't really have much character, just lots of dinginess; cheap, dirty and worn out and neglected as if either the owner is broke or the place just runs itself now and he takes the money and runs.

The staff is not the slightest degree friendly or helpful and the menu makes the food sound like it's going to be much better than it ever actually is.  

Like I said, I want to like this place much better than I do.  There is a big beer scene in Flag, and despite the same few good beers they've brewed for 20 years, this is usually my last choice.

I hope the owner or manager stops being lazy, cleans the place up, kicks the chef in the ass and brews some fresh beers before Flag Brew is irrelevant.
