Free food on Friday!
Definitely older, mature crowd. On Friday's you can get in for $5 and dinner is free, not the drinks. I haven't been on a Friday where the house was packed. Really, the crowd can be counted on two hands. So if you're not looking for a full house, and a place to chill, and unwind, Friday's and Sundays are for you. On Saturday you can get in for $10. If you get there early (around 11-11:30) you can have enough time to get a table and eat before it gets bumping, (and that's relative). The party really gets going after 12:30 and you can expect to at least work up a sweat, if you love to dance. Sunday's are free to get in.
The food is good! If you like Jamaican food, you're going to enjoy the dishes. My favorite dish is the Escovitch Fish plate. I have that with rice and peas, steamed veggies (cabbage, carrots and peas) and fried plantain. I would also order and extra side of plantain.
