Fox's Beverly Restaurant & Pizza

Does thin crust pizza get any better than Fox's? If it does I don't wanna know about it.

Had Fox's Special last night when back in Beverly. Sweet sauce, that ridiculous fennel-y sausage, crispy, slightly burnt crust. Perfection.

If you're on the south-side looking for pizza and don't get Fox's you're doing yourself a disservice.

Good thin crust pizza and somehow it does a really good job of inspiring loyalty/nostalgia.  I grew up listening to fond stories from my dad of how he'd waste whole afternoons watching the employees toss the pizza dough in the air.  I never really thought much of the pizza as a small kid, but now I get really excited at the chance to eat there just for that reason.

I love this place mostly because of the memories, and the first time I tried good thin crust Chicago Style Pizza.  

Quant, but tight dining room is the only complaint.  You can feel how tight the Beverly community is by entering this place.  Must try!
