Steak lettuce wraps with potatoes and Gorgonzola sauce is unbelievable!! Great Mangotini also.

Not bad. The food was good, the drinks were fine and we had a nice meal. I had the sashimi app, a California roll, the calamari (delicious!), a Mediterranean salad and the lo mein. It was all good but...

There was something very "New Haven County"-ish about this place. That's not a good thing.   I think it was the decor which had a color scheme that didn't encourage enjoyable eating, and the clientele - there just seemed to be a lot of people coming, going, and talking with management or workers that didn't seem to be buying anything (hanging around) - which detracted from the otherwise professional and higher end atmosphere of the place.

So, I think three stars is about right.  4 stars for food, 2 stars for my personal experience eating here.  We probably won't go back here, but I really don't want that to discourage you from eating here.  The food is quite good.

On several occasions my wife and I have dined at Fusion because of their Sushi. 2 of the times we have received bad if not lower than bad service ( if there is such thing). The time that did it for us was when we were out on a birthday celebration, the restaurant was fairly busy. We placed our orders and appetizers came then my wifes entree came. A few minutes later the watress came back to ask how things were and I told here I still had not received my entree. Mean while my wife had to slow almost to a halt eating her food because she was almost done. the waitress came back and said they were starting to make my entree over again because they had given it to some one. By this time my wife's food was done. they finally brought my food out and I began to complain to the waitress about the mistake and she was very unforgiving. Long story short I took half my food home and was not comped anything because that is not their "policy". While their sushi may be OK the service sucks so I would never go there again..
