Peppa's by the Slice Pizzeria

Great (maybe even fantastic) pizza, but when there's a problem, you can forget about customer service.

I placed an order and was told that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. After more than an hour had passed, I called to see what the status of my order was. Apparently the delivery driver left my food at another house, more than a block away. They told me they'd make another order, and it would be out right away. I waited 25 minutes and called again, just to be told it would be another 15 minutes. I waited those 15 minutes, then called and told them to refund my card, I wouldn't be paying for the food. They could deliver it or not, but either way, I wasn't paying. The manager was put on the phone, and had the nerve to question why I was upset.

A few minutes later, the delivery guy actually shows up. I told him that I called the restaurant, and I had no intention of paying for the food. He shrugged, said 'well, here you go' and handed it to me anyway. My family starts eating, and a couple of minutes later the doorbell rings again. It's the delivery guy, and he says his manager is insisting that he get the food back.

I gave him back everything that hadn't already been bitten into.

I've been ordering pizza from Peppa's for a couple months now, but tonight's order will be the last.

I went to peppas a cupple of weeks ago, and there food was very good.  The meatball grinder was much better then subway.  It also came with cheese fries and a large coke with know ice.  I love peppas!!!!!!
And that is it!!

Always great service and love their pies. Had the honey bbq chicken today. Awesome
