obviously the good reviews are from the people who work or own Tiki Bar. The worst food I had.

Mud slides are good. Have not eaten there. Great view of the water.

AVOID the food unless you want to waste your money. I tried them out for breakfast this morning, and it wasn't even worth me walking over there.

I ordered the Breakfast Burrito, Hash Browns, Cuban Bread w/tomato & bacon, a cafe con leche, and the Mac & Cheese appetizers to go. It all came out to be about $28 total. COMPLETE RIP OFF

The bartender was curteous, and was more than willing to start me off with a Bloody Mary if needed be!

I chose to come here and try them out when they first opened in the morning instead, of dealing with the Sunset crowd to give them a wide open oppertunity to show me the 3 major things we all look for in a place to eat.  1) Value, 2) Customer Service, 3) Good Tasting Food.....

They Failed at 2 out of the 3 of those, so this place gets the "AVOID IT" stamp from me.

Great place to watch the sunset! The bar faces the water and is unobstructed by Sunset Key, which makes it perfect for looking for the green flash. The only downside is the live music is entirely too loud. Other than that, 2 for 1 Margaritas is a good deal!

Nice atmosphere...weeeaaak drinks.  Weaker than most places...so stick to beer and you should be fine!

Turkey Wrap and a Margarita, not a bad combination if you ask me =) They will deliver food to your room, or to you on the pool or deck. The sunset is beautiful and during the afternoon the sun is always out and allows for you to catch a great tan and soak up some beautiful sun after a long day or if you just want to work on covering up those tan lines ;-) .

This is the best place in Key West to watch the sunset, hands down.  Do Mallory Square once to say you did it, then catch every other sunset here.  Behind the Galleon Resort they have a tiki bar on the wharf down from the marina.  It's empty, there's a bar, and you have a clear, uncrowded, and unobstructed view of the sunset over the water.  Mallory Square's view is often of the sun setting on an island, with way too many people in the way.  At the Galleon you can grab a drink, grab a lounge chair, and watch the sun set over the water.

Take a walk along the marina beforehand (from A&B Lobster House entrance) to catch the giant Tarpon eating the chum from the returning sportfishing boats, then end up at the Galleon shortly before sunset to grab a drink.  This is definitely a locals spot, as the marina/tour boat employees tend to congregate here.  Usually only about a dozen people around total for the sunset, and a big area to hang out in.
